This home is wonderful, We stayed 2 months and honestly i think this place is faultless.....Great accomodation ,very well presented, fully equipped...only need to bring your suitcase!!!!!!!!!!!!!Its like home from home.....well i even think its cleaner!!!!!!!!!!!! Claudia is totally fabulous too as she answered so many of our questions and still remains in contact now! We would highly recommend and we would stay again but we have our own home now.......however our friends and family can stay !

Travelled from Canada to sunny Florida in March to stay at this wonderful home. The photos really don't do it justice. Spacious, spotless, modern, and far beyond our expectations, it was a delight to stay there. It lacked nothing. Full kitchen, all the linens you could desire, a beautiful pool, quiet community, internet and TV's in every room.I could have moved in and never left. It was a lovely location close to the Sponge Docks and beautiful parks and beaches are within walking distance. If you secure this rental, your vacation will be fabulous. The home was exceptionally clean and modern. It fell way beyound our expectations. Easy communication with the owners, and reliable security deposit refunded promptly. It was my first experience renting through the internet, and I would HIGHLY recommend this property.The owner kept in contact with me while we were there via email. A truly delightful experience. Sleep well at night knowing that this rental property is a really wonderful aquisition.

When we bought the house in 2005, we purchased ALL new furniture, and had fun decorating, and also outfitted the kitchen with everything I use at home. My husband and I spent 3 weeks in this lovely home (along with our small dog) in Feb. 2010. The pictures do not really do this home justice; the furnishings, home, and location were just perfect.. The home is very well maintained; and the owner was very co-operative, answering our numerous questions. She even arranged for us to use her sister's coffee grinder, because I had inquired about availability. We would recommend this home to anyone; it was our first time to be snow birds for 3 weeks, and we were extremely pleased. Tarpon Springs has wonderful restaurants, historical sites, and an interesting Greek culture. The Sponge Docks are really neat for an afternoon walking tour, and shopping for gifts. The fenced backyard was great for our small dog. Thanks again for your hospitality, I felt right at home.

I was lucky enough to find this rental listing. The owner contacted me promptly to discuss renting this home. She was easy to deal with from beginning to end. The photos do not do this home justice. The house is new, clean and decorated with quality bedding, furniture, Jacuzzi tub. The pool is fantastic. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. My family of 5 plus my dog were very comfortable here! There is so much to do in the area from shopping, biking/walking the Pinellas Trail, the Greek Sponge Docks (which has fantastic pastry shops)to visiting the country's top beaches stay here. The beaches are fantastic with clear blue water and soft white sand and Disney/Universal is about 1 hr 45 minutes away. I can't wait to go again.
