I was assured this was a "very clean , newly refurbished unit" when I made my reservation. New shag carpet looked new but it had food crusted in it in various places, as well as bread ties, beads, string and old spagetti to name a few things we found in the carpet. Vacuum cleaner was broke - they did offer me a different vacuum cleaner -- guess they thought I was going to clean it. Shower wall had some sort of sticky substance on it. Burners on stove smoked when you turned them on. Door leading to air condition unit was so dirty, you could tell it had not been cleaned for weeks, possibly months. Loveseat was filthy and stained. Colored linens that were provided free had bleach stains all over them. Refrigerator door had rust spots all over it. Good thing we went for the beach, this condo was the worst. I think a frat house would have been cleaner!
