Outdoor hot tub, barbecue, and ping pong table. South-facing windows help heat the house. We have direct access to acequia/ditch system, river, and bike path from back yard for running, hiking, or other outside recreation.
We are an academic couple on sabbatical for the spring semester 2009, and would like a couple or family to enjoy our home during this period. Exact January through May dates are flexible. This is perfect for those wanting to check out more permanent places in Albuquerque to live.
Though located in a rural setting, the house is 15 minutes from downtown, 20 minutes to the university, 25 minutes to airport.
