We welcome you to my beautiful 1BR/2 Full Bathroom oceanfront condo. Located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach at 2609 S. Ocean Blvd, our first floor beach home (Unit #102) has been tastefully decorated. This one bedroom, two full bath condo is perfect for a couple or a family of four. Eat breakfast or lunch on the oceanfront balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze and the view of the ocean.
This complex offers an outdoor pool and deck area for sun bathing. We now offer Wireless Internet by CityWide WiFi to all guest. Parking is on site, with an overflow lot located across the street. This condo has a king bed in the bedroom, a 32 Inch Flat Screen TV and a private full bathroom. The living room has a 40 Inch Flat Screen TV, along with a queen size sleeper sofa, and a full bathroom in the hallway. This unit offers a DVD player and a stereo system. The large kitchen is fully equipped, and the breakfast bar seats 4. We also have a table for 4.
This condo also has a washer and dryer, and central heating and air-conditioning. The condo has tiled floors in the hallway, bathrooms and kitchen. The condo has also been freshly painted. Our home is centrally located in N. Myrtle Beach at 2609 S. Ocean Blvd and we are only a 5 min drive to Barefoot Landing, Coastal Grand Mall, Alabama Theatre, House of Blues, Greg Norman Australian Grill and Tanger Outlet Stores. Smoking or Pets are not allowed. This unit is maintained by the owner on a weekly basis so it will be very neat and clean for your arrival. We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The accomodations were clean and comfortable and the patio was very relaxing. The location was excellent and we really enjoyed the beach.

This condo unit is very clean, well maintained and comfortable. We especially loved the balcony view with the table & chairs and lounge. It was our favorite eating/drinking spot! It is perfect for a couples' getaway.
Recommended for:Age 55+.
