This is truly a one of a kind rental in Lake Delavan an all sport lake is directly on the water and has a private pier. The large lot has plenty of room to run around. It includes a large stone fire pit and a stomach turning tree swing. The deck surrounds 3/4 of the house for wonderful lake views with a grill, and patio set. The 3 season room also has a patio set with and additional pub table for 4. The living/dining room are very roomy complete with a flat panel TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, dish washer and microwave. The Master Bedroom has a brand new memory foam mattress that melts the stress away complete with Ralph Lauren bedding. The 2nd bedroom has 4 twin beds. The loft area has 2 new Queen sofa beds, flat panel TV with a DVD player and VCR. Sit in the 2 leather recliners after a long day on the water and watch satelite complete with over 200 channels.
Park in your private 2 car attached garage and walk directly into the house. With additional parking there is no problem to have friends split the rent and have a great multi-family vacation. 15 minutes form Downtown Lake Geneva.
This property has the wonderful views of the lake. Great fishing off your private pier. You can bring your boat or rent one locally and dock for as long as you stay. For winter renters this is an incredible lake for ice fishing and snowmobiling and also some great skiing nearby. This rental has it all!
This year there is a possiblility of renting a Pontoon boat. Ask for information
Nearby Activities: Town of Lake Geneva 20 minutes away which has boat & wave runner rentals.
Boat tours of the lake that share te history of the. Williams Bay on Lake Geneva 10 minutes
which has a wonderful public beach for a small addimission. Lake Lawn Resort on Lake Delevan
has several restaurants, ice cream parlor, boat rentals, swimming pools, and golfing. Drive
from your own pier and dock at Lake Lawn Resort for a quick lunch or ice cream or just to walk
the grounds. Horseback riding, animal zoo, golfing, movies, are other activities located near by.

A group of girls came to this lake house for a Bachelorette weekend. We had a wonderful time. The house was very spacious and open. The kitchen was good - but didn't have enough silver ware for everyone. The loft upstairs was very nice and clean with a great circle-window with a great view of the lake. Saw lots of wildlife in the morning!! The larger bathroom upstairs was nice, but the baday didn't work. The claw foot tub was very relaxing. The master bed was ssssoooo comfy - temper/pedic matress! The deck patio was great - wonderful view of the lake. The bushes needed to be trimmed though - would have had a better view if they were trimmed. The hottub was nice, but there were hardly any chemicals in it and the pH was all off. There were test strips and everything was off balance. But still was fun. Didn't catch much fish - very mossy. The pantoon boat was very dirty - glad we didn't rent it. The house had a lot of spiders and flys - but it is a lake house - so some things are unavoidable. Great firepit. We had the most fun on the swing!! Town is only 15-20min away, and Lake Geneva is only 35min away.......shopping!!! We would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a great vacation!

The listing photos do not accurately depict the surroundings. These pictures of the back of the house must have been taken quite some time ago. If the bushes and landscaping were taken care of, you could have had a nice view of the lake. The house itself was clean; however, the entrance and doors were very dirty. The realtor was somewhat difficult to deal with and we did not feel we were treated respectfully. We have rented several lake houses in the past and have never had issues until this year. I would have preferred to deal with the owner but that was not possible.

Very nice home located on the quiet side of the lake. Great view from the deck and morning sunrise's. Property well kept and equipped for long stays, just bring the groceries. Private access to private pier to anchor boat is nice but shallow and weedy. Screened in porch nice to hang out in with a cold one or a tall glass of Iced tea. Outside deck with hot tub was a nice bonus. Owner very accommodating and a nice guy to do business with. We as a family were very happy with the home and would definitely be back. Thank you for the great memories.
