At 169 Colonnade Club in Shipyard Plantation, Hilton Head Island, you will be a short eight minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean on a paved bike/beach path through a lush semi-tropical vegetation. This path will never cross a street or highway and takes you directly to the beach access near the Five Star Crowne Plaza Resort. There is a private beach club available for rent. Bring your bikes or rent them for $25 for the week and they will deliver or pick them up at your request.
Shipyard Plantation is one of a handful of gated community equipped with 24/7 security guards. Shipyard is close to Sea Pines Circle and Coligny Plaza. The plantation is filled with wildlife at the lagoons sprinkled throughout the community and bike paths are everywhere that there are roadways.
This villa is privately managed and maintained which makes it a winner in terms of your expectations. The owners want their guests to be as comfortable as they are when they visit. Any issues, the owners are a phone call away and can call upon their various service managers to take care of any problem that may come up.

The Unique Benefits at this Villa
This villa is on the main level with only a couple steps to the front door. The villa is conveniently located around the corner from the pool and is a short 7 minute walk or a 2 minute bike ride to the Atlantic Ocean. The villa is constantly updated and painted every 3 years. Restaurants and Sea Pines Circle can be travelled to by bike. As well as Coligny Circle and South Forest Beach. Throughout Shipyard Plantation, you have bike paths everywhere and this villa sits on the golf course and overlooks the lagoon out the deck sliding glass door as well as through the family room windows. It is truly home away from home and once you visit the island and can save gas by riding everywhere, you will never go anywhere else.
