Fabulous location for shopping at the Waterside Shoppes in Naples,the Promenade in Bonita Springs and Coconut Mall(the largest in S.W. Florida)is only 10 minutes away. You are within walking distance to grocery stores,banks and fine restaurants. Near the corner and east of Route 41 on Bonita Beach Road.
Moreover, you may drive to award winning Barefoot Beach for a tranquil ocean setting. While at the beach you could visit famous Doc's Bar & Grill for lunch or dinner.
You may purchase a weekly or monthly pass to golf at the country clubs 3 courses for just $36.00 a day per couple plus $30.00 cart fee. You purchase a membership transfer to use the Spanish Wells Country Club facilities which includes dining privileges, use of the tennis courts and swimming pool.
