House has 2 levels: the upper is street level which means no stairs! Kitchen, den w/wood burning fireplace, master bedroom w/bath, 2 guest bedrooms, additional bath, and laundry area containing washer & dryer.
The lower level has a large den with 50" TV, 2 guest bedrooms: one with two single beds and the other with full on full bunk beds, and a bath. There are connecting decks off both the upper and lower levels. Separate living areas on each floor handle a large group and allow for additional privacy. House is located just off Beech Mountain Parkway, .3 mile past Ski-Beech.
