WELCOME!
We invite you to stay at our beautiful family beach condo in Solana Beach, California, with breath-taking ocean views from our patio and from two of our three upstairs rooms. Enjoy a relaxing day at our private beach! Or have fun riding waves or playing in the sand with the boogie boards and beach toys provided.
MASTER BEDROOM & BATH HIGHLIGHTS
The master bedroom features a King Size Four Poster bed with dual side tables and lamps. The bedroom also features a cable TV with DVD player. A couch that folds out into a double bed is also found in here. Additionally, the master suite has a Large Walk-in Closet containing a child’s bed and port-a-crib. Step out onto the Private Balcony. The master bath features a linen closet, shower and bath combination, and large vanity with over-sized mirror. A window providing natural lighting makes getting ready that much easier. GUEST ROOM HIGHLIGHTS
Our first guest room features a Queen Size bed with side tables and lamps. The room also includes a cable TV with DVD player. Also found in this room are a desk and bookshelves upon which is a small assortment of novels and children's books for your pleasure. Your guests will enjoy Fantastic Views Of The Ocean from here and wake up to the sounds of the sea.
Our second guest room features Two Bunk Beds, allowing four people to share this room. Another option would be to push the two lower beds together to form a king-sized bed. Additionally, there are bookshelves upon which are a selection of children's books. Your guests may also luxuriate, watching their own cable TV and VCR, or looking out their window to View The Sweeping Ocean Vista.

GUEST BATH HIGHLIGHTS
Beautiful and newly remodeled, the guest bath features tile, a gorgeous vanity with granite top, large mirror, and a bath and shower combo.

KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS
The Fully Furnished Kitchen (should you want to cook anything) features a side-by-side refrigerator equipped with filtered water and ice, quiet dishwasher, oven with smooth top range, and microwave. The kitchen also features a table with seating for 6, and many small appliances, including: griddle, waffle irons, blenders , chopper, steamer, crockpot, mixer, and toaster.

DINING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS
Featured in our dining room is a long, gorgeous table with enough Seating For 8. The dining room also has a couch.

LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS
The living room offers Vaulted Ceilings, a gas fire place, and a wet bar. A comfy wrap-around sectional with chaise, complete with a Full Sleeper Sofa, makes watching TV and videos on the TV and DVD/VCR, along with stereo, priceless family entertainment. Or, slide open the Large Sliding Glass Doors and enjoy the calming sea breeze and sounds of the ocean from the comfort of the inviting living room.

PATIO HIGHLIGHTS
The large patio features Garden Landscaping, a gas BBQ for grilling out, a dining table and chairs, and a Porch Swing for two to enjoy the phenomenal Ocean View.

LOCATION
We are within sight of the famous Del Mar Race Track and Fair Grounds. Take advantage of easy access to all the fantastic San Diego area attractions including the San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Sea World, Legoland, Scripps Aquarium, and more; or head up north an hour or two and enjoy the larger amusement parks of Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, or Magic Mountain. The LDS temple is a 10 minute drive south in La Jolla. For the outdoor enthusiasts, we are close to great snorkel and dive locations, walking trails and hiking locations, tide pools, as well as fantastic beaches. Solana Beach is also home to the Cedros Avenue Design District for a fun shopping experience. With so much to do and with such a beautiful place to do it in, you won't want to leave!

The Earl's condo was very comfortable and well appointed. The prime location, access to a private beach, ample parking, complex amenities, etc were all wonderful. Everything one might need for a beach getaway can be found at the condo. Carlsbad, Encinitas, Del Mar are all within short driving distances, as is San Diego. The Poseidon Del Mar was amazing at sunset; the Solana Beach Fish House was a treat; T's serves up delicious breakfasts; and the Cedros Designer District was interesting. We would stay at the Earl's again. They were very professional and attentive and will surely provide a very welcoming environment for your next vacation.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Our group consisted of three families (6 adults, 3 kids) and we had plenty of room. Everyone had a bed and there was plenty of seating at meals. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of clean linens, towels and paper goods. All appliances and tv's worked well. Mattresses were good quality and comfortable. Pools were pristine and beach was really nice. Great restaurants and activites nearby. Bari was great to work with and super-responsive.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

This is the perfect way to spend time at the beach...easy access to a very quiet beach. The townhouse was very comfortable, with lots of supplies and equipment (ie. Beach gear, kitchen supplies, etc). It was also larger than we expected and the carport that fit 4 cars was a definite bonus in any beach area. We would stay again, without question, and would recommend it to others.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We are just returned from Solana Beach and my entire family had a great time at the Del Mar Beach Club. The location was perfect as were the accommodations. The condo had everything we needed and there was enough space for 4 adults and 3 kids. Bari was very responsive via e-mail and answered all our questions. Thanks again!

Our family stayed over the Christmas holiday and had a great time. The beach was beautiful (much more fun at low tide!), restaurants and Starbucks convenient and the kitchen great for preparing meals. In warmer weather it would be an ideal beach destination. The Earls are fantastic and responsive landlords! Thank you!

We spent the week of our 15th wedding anniversary in the Earl's condo. Had a great time eating at all of our favorite places and walking on the beach daily. The location is fantastic and the Earls were very hospitable as we corresponded by email. We hope to bring our kids there in the future.

The condo was in a great location in Solana Beach. It was within reasonable driving distance to San Diego and the local entertainment areas, such as Legoland and Sea World. The kitchen had all the necessary items, and there were plenty of blankets and other bedding supplies to go around. We had 10 people stay at the condo comfortably. There were plenty of parking spaces for the 4 cars that we brought. The Earls were very professional and easy to deal with. We would definitely consider staying at their condo again.

We stayed at this condo with our family for Christmas and loved it! It has such a feel of home; we could make it our home for a week including hanging stockings on the fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked and the dining area is roomy, making it easy for extended family to join us for a dinner party. The location is great. We were able to get to the zoo quickly and we and had fun at a nearby "doggie" beach. The beautiful sunsets were easily enjoyed from the patio. We would recommend you stay here.

Spectacular sunsets! Room for all the kids! Right on the beach! This beach condo is a true find - spacious, with terrific amenities and close to everything you want to do in San Diego - the beach, Sea World, the Zoo, Animal Park, etc. My family had a wonderful visit and are already looking forward to returning for a family vacation in the future!
