Keywords: This Legacy Villa is special in every way. Being upstairs allows you a panoramic view of the property. The kitchen has beautiful, Top of the Line, Kitchen Aid appliances for your cooking pleasure. If you wish to eat out there are 3 wonderful restaurants at the La Quinta Resort Hotel which is the property next door. This villa has a King Bed and a Queen bed as well as a fold out sofa in the living area. There is a color T.V. and DVD player in the living room as well as in each bedroom. Desert luxury at its best!
You may rent either a 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom unit complete with living/dining rooms & kitchen. Each bedroom has it's own outside entrance which can be locked off depending upon your needs. This 1 or 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located on the upper floor and is close to the Clubhouse and all of it's amenities. There is a pool located just across the street.
This property can be rented out as a 1 or 2 bedroom, but only to one party at a time.
Fountains are in abundance throughout the entire development. The clubhouse has a large kiddie pool that has a sloping entry into it. It also has large ceramic turtles that shoot water into the air as well as a hole in the concrete that shoots water straight up into the air approx. 8' high. There are cabanas around the pools by the clubhouse.
There are Hawaiian hammocks in the garden area of the clubhouse designed for reading or sleeping. They are hung between the large palm trees. Big enough for two people.
There are nice sized adult and lap pools. The Clubhouse has a up to date fitness center as well as a small restaurant and bar which overlooks the pools.
All in all, it's a fantastic place for a vacation.
