My children play all day on the beach, collecting shells, swimming with adolescent sea turtles, and even came close to the dolphins once as they were surfing on the breakers. At sunrise and sunset, we watch the school of dolphins fish. At night we touch the giant turtles as they head back to the ocean after laying their eggs. *please don't disturb the turtles on their way up to the mangroves to nest. it's o.k. when they've finished and they're heading back.
We've also seen amazing shuttle launches from our balcony. Your family will thoroughly enjoy their vacation in this lovely home.

REALLY GREAT HOUSE!!!
REALLY GREAT HOUSE!!!

We had a great vacation here. Right on the ocean, couldn't be any better. House is exactly like the pictures, and the owner was easy to work with and always available. The ocean was sooooooo fantastic. The house had everything we needed for the beach. We spent a couple days at Disney World which was 45 minutes away, and drove back to the beach at night so we didn't pay crazy hotel prices in Orlando. But the beach was actually better than the theme parks. The house was big, clean, comfortable, and had everything. It's great for kids, and the elevators made it easy for my dad since the house was so big. I'm definitely going back next year.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
Owner response: Thanks for the review!! It is really easy to go to theme parks from the beach. I'm so glad you had a good time. I, also, think that the beach is a much better vacation than all the theme parks, however. With four children, the parks are more work than fun! But, we mix it up so everyone can have a good time.

My family had the best time in this home. It's right on the beach, and the views are stunning. The whole wall on the beach side are glass doors on every floor. From every room your right next to the rolling waves, and we left the doors open at night so we could fall asleep to the ocean. It was amazing! The house is beautiful and well kept. There were many beach items in the garage so we didn't have to buy anything. We used the boogie boards, toys, and fishing poles. We had 2 cars, so we could put one in the garage, and one in a parking space. Everything we needed was in the house, and it was clean and comfortable. The elevators were helpful with the luggage and when your just tired from the beach. I watched the kids on the beach from the living room, the position was perfect. The owner was right when she said that the ground floor homes are blocked by magroves. This home was huge and had plenty of comfortable beds. I was very happy.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
Owner response: Thanks for the review!! I love falling asleep to the ocean. I'm go glad you enjoyed that. The house is perfect for watching the kids on the beach. We tire faster than they do, so it's nice to be able to take a break in the living room or prepare a bite to eat while they're still playing in the sand. See you next year!!

My family and parents had a wonderful time at this home. It was truly beautiful and the owner was lovely to work with. The home is right on the ocean and encompasses the second through the fourth floor. Both elevators were easy to use and were a great help to my elderly parents, so the stairs were of no consequence. The view from all floors was amazing with the entire wall as glass doors on all three floors. I understand what the owner was saying when we discussed the view from bottom floor homes being obstructed by mangroves. Having this home and the living area begin on the second floor provided glorious views, but was still close enough to the ground to be able to speak with the children on the beach while in the living room. We stayed for a week this May and the weather was superb. The children quite enjoyed the pool almost as much as the ocean. Beautiful home!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
Owner response: It was a pleasure sharing my home with you. The views are beautiful being right on the beach and so easy to watch the kids. I'm so glad you enjoyed your vacation. Feel free to use me as a reference, as well. You left the house spotless.

we stayed at this house for one week, and it was great. the house is beautiful. when we walked in, we were stunned. everything was clean and nice, and all the doors opened right to the beach. the beds were very comfortable and we had so much room. it was way bigger than we expected. the kitchen had everything that we needed. the garage had umbrellas, kids toys, water shoes, chairs, boogie boards, and fishing equipment; it was organized and we could fit our car. the beach was beyond compare. we did actually see the dolphins that the owner told us about. it was quiet and beautiful but had big waves for the kids to ride. there was alot to do in the area as well. there are restaurants and malls, and we went to the zoo. we got our full deposit back as agreed, and the owners were very helpful with recommendations for activities. all in all, it was one of our best vacations and i would recommend this house to everyone.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
Owner response: Thanks for your review!! So glad you had a good vacation.

Terrible Experiance--Stay Away
Terrible Experiance--Stay Away

We had a terrible experiance with this rental. It was run down and poorly maintained. The AC was old and did not work on our arrival, resulting in no AC the first week of our vacation until it was replaced. This was only the beginning of the problems we experiance. Patio doors on all 3 levels had rust and jagged edges. During a rain storm, water leaked through the rust on the topfloor patio doors, resulting in leaking ceilings on the first and second floors. The ceilings were bulging from the amount of leakage--a 5 gallon pail of water was filled with-in 30 minutes. The furniture was described as tasteful in the advertisement and appeared to be so in the pictures. However, the living room furniture was disgusting--very old and dirty. The leather on the furniture was flaking on both couch and loveseat and there was a huge hole in the arm of one. All deck furniture was cracked and dirty. We actually used towels to sit on this furntiure. The kitchen was infested with ants; the garage was full of junk and un-useable for a car; the side door of the garage was falling off the hinges; closets were full of junk and dirty items; the elevator was old and did not have a safety certificate so was used only for luggage; the toilet in the upstairs washroom stopped working. The pictures do not show the steep stairs leading to the first floor of the rental. Do not be fooled into thinking this is a ground level townhouse. I could go on and on with the problems with this rental. The final straw was the visit from a Code Inforcement Officer of the City of Satellite Beach informing us we were in an illegal rental and that a notice of violation would be sent to the owner of the property regarding illegal rental. Needless to say we were shocked and very angry. At this point there was nothing we could do. We had already contacted a real estate company to find another rental but there was nothing available that could accommadate our family that was arriving for March break. Had it been only the two of us, my husband and I would have left. So we made the best of it. We did however start documenting everything , including pictures of the furniture, rusted patio doors, leaky ceilings, etc and have made a formal complaint to VRBO. We also requested a partial refund from the owners to compensate for our problems to no avail. My hope is that people will really think twice about renting this unit. I would hate to have others experiance what we went through.Owner response: Well, this review was expected. One week before arrival, monthly renters tried to negotiate $1000 discount or threatened to cancel and leave me without one months rent. Luckily I informed them that my cancellation policy does not allow that to protect me in situations such as this. I informed them that they could stay in the house or not stay in the house, but that the house was reserved for them and rent would not be refunded. I think that's reasonable. When they arrived, they complained of everything and asked for discounts constantly. They did not ask to leave and spent 1 month in my half million dollar beach front house, and entertained guests the whole time. The air conditioning did break the first day. The next day, since I have a warantee company, the ac was filled with freeon and brought to working order. Six days later, a brand new ac was purchased and installed. Tenants were without ac for one day. Even though it was March, and temperature was unusually cold at 55 degrees, I refunded one day's rent. According to my plumber, the tenant overflowed the bathtub and the water ran down the staircase wall and to the ceiling below. I've forwarded all documents and receipts to vrbo because the renter was looking for money back any which way they could get it. Vrbo has reviewed all documents and receipts and taken no action against me or to give tenant back any money because they're claim was unfounded. I did not even charge for damage. As per a monthly rental contract, I deducted from their deposit the monthly electric bill (although only $135 out of a $250 bill because they had one day without air), and the Disney channel that was ordered. The condition of the house is great. I have not had another complaint. There are no ants, we have monthly pest control, elevators work fine, garage has organized beach toys and can fit a car, the deck furniture is on the beach side balcony-I'll ask housekeeping to make sure it's clean, there is no illegal renting - I've won my case against the association - google Jagdeosingh - the double oven range is original to the house (on the older side) , but I like it because it's convenient so I'm keeping it. The furniture is the same as in the pictures and in good condition...the love seat has a beige throw cover because there is a 1 inch hole in the arm. So, Landlords beware, these people reserve your house for a month and then try to force your hand for discounts and damage your property.

My parents renting this beautiful beach home for the month of March 2010. They had a wonderful time. The house came with everything they needed and was in wonderful condition. The beach was great, always something to watch, dolphins, walkers, surfers or just the water. My husband kids and I went down to visit for 9 days and we had a great time. The location was great because we could go site seeing to Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space center, Disney, catch a baseball game and go back to the beach and relax. Sherri was very easy to get along with. A great trip!!! Thank you!Owner response: Thank you for the wonderful review! It seems you enjoyed the house as much as we do. That always puts a smile on my face.

We had a really great experience with this house. It was our first time using vrbo and we left really happy. The house was right on the beach, gorgeous, and large. Nice beds and furnishings. Pillows, sheets, and blankets are what you would have in a Hilton. Great tile throughout the whole house even the bedrooms. Got lost on the way, didn't have a nav, and the owner answered her phone at 1 a.m and gave us directions and waited till we got there. Made sure to write a review for that. Really good people. Beautiful pool and fully stocked house.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
Owner response: You and your family were wonderful renters who left the house in pristine condition. Looking forward to having you again!

Booked this townhome through VRBO and signed a HomeAway contract . Owner called me day before our arrival date to state they were in a disagreement with Condo Association and would I tell anyone who asked that I was staying there free because I knew the owners. Too late to find someplace else. Arrived and home was run down and dirtiest carpet ever seen. Had 2 yr old grandson with us and could not allow him out on deck due to rust that had not been swept up for months and jagged rust edges on the outside patio sliders. AFTER STAY COMPLETED OWNERS CLAIMED DEPOSIT WAS ON ITS WAY - NOW THEY IGNORE REQUESTS TO RETURN THE DEPOSIT FROM MARCH 2011. STAY AWAY!!Owner response: This family was mailed their full refund before my daughter entered the hospital. I made sure to take care of all tasks to be done, and then did not address inquiries, check email, or rent the house for the period of time that my daughter was ill. This family was given my cell phone and my husband's cell phone at the time of rental. My cell phone is also posted on my listing, yet I never received a call letting me know that the refund did not arrive. When I returned to renting the house and checking email, as soon as I saw her claim, I placed a stop payment on the original check and mailed a new one. The condition of the house is great, exactly as it is in the pictures, and the housekeeping crew always does a superb job. We have 800 thread count sheets and duvet covers, down comforters, and other luxury items. The beige berber carpet is only on the staircase and in one bedroom, as there is morrocan tile throughout the house. This family never complained of a dirty carpet or anything else during their stay. However, I asked the cleaning crew to give me an assessment of the carpet. They said it was in decent condition, yet I have sent Stanely Steemer out anyway just in case. The four balconies in the home are stunningly gorgeous. The outside is maintained to a high standard by the association. Every balcony has a hurricane strip on the bottom of the sliding doors which is mandatory and will weather in the salt air on the ocean, but does not have any jagged rust. That is simply unrue. As to the other accusations, I can just suppose that the family was extremely concerned about not having their emails answered during my child's illness, and have made up additional claims. I understand that they were probably scared about not receiving their deposit, but I am always available on my cell phone, and cannot condone making untrue statements. I do love sharing the beauty of this house with other families, as most families are so appreciative and stunned that they actually wake up to dolphins and sea turtles and fall asleep to the sound of rolling waves. The joy that these families experience matches my own, when I'm at the house.
