This is the largest floor plan in the villas and has an upstairs with a master bath. The expanded patio area (upstairs and downstairs) faces the eighth hole on the golf course. Full access to the beach, with bar and restaurant on the property.

  • This was our sixth visit to Edgewater Beach Resort but our first stay in this villa/unit! Let's just say it was by far our best stay yet! The unit is beautifully decorated with granite counter tops, flat screen tv's, ceramic tile and the list goes on and on. It's also very spacious and with an incredible balcony and view! We will visit again next year and will be delighted to rent this unit again. Bob, thanks for everything!

  • We really enjoyed the stay at your condo. It is impecably clean, tastefully decorated, has nice emminities inside and out. With flat screen TV's in each room for enjoyment and comfortable beds in each of the rooms makes it a wonderful home away from home. Very close to the pool and tram service to the beach is a plus. Short distance to attractions and fine dining. Had a great time would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an enjoyable vacation!

  • This unit was perfect for our mini-vacation. It was beautifully decorated and welcoming with very spacious room. The location was perfect; close to the pool and far enough away from all the traffic and beach noise. It included all the amenities of home.
