VIEWRANDA!! This custom built home offers a spectacular VIEW of Amicalola Falls from the VERANDA and only 3 minutes from the North Gate.

The Great Room with towering stacked stone fireplace & wall of windows captures a majestic view of the mountains.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with double oven, warming drawer, gas cook top, microwave & breakfast bar. The Breakfast Room opens out onto the screened porch where you can hear the soothing sound of the waterfall. There is a Formal Dining Room for additional seating & entertaining.

The Master Bedroom opens onto the deck overlooking the waterfall. The tiled Master Bath has a separate shower, jetted garden tub & double vanities. The main floor also features a Guest Bedroom with a view of the mountains and its own private bath and a Laundry Room with washer & dryer.

Over the garage is a large Guest Bedroom with extra-long twin beds & bath, perfect for children or those guests who want to escape. The Terrace level provides a Great Room with big screen TV, wet bar, outdoor spa, foosball & view of the mountains. There are two Guest Bedrooms with private baths.

The home features a 2-car garage with an additional 2-car parking pad.

  • Viewranda gets a 10++! We 5 couples, 1964 Furman roommates and spouses, reunion every year. It is a challenge to find accommodations that are perfect for us, and this is it. The house, furnishings, surroundings, and amenities are luxurious in every way. We cooked meals in the gourmet kitchen, and had plenty of sitting room to spread out and visit. The owner was a delight to work with. We will return often.

  • Seven of my friends and I enjoyed a very relaxing girls weekend at Viewranda. It is very appropriately named! The decor is lovely as well as the construction of the home. We went for long, scenic walks, enjoyed the hot tub and the spectacular views. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful location get away and have some much needed r & r! I would like to return with my family sometime as well.

  • We stayed at the "Viewranda" along with two other couples and our children over Valentine's weekend and could not think of a better way to spend it. The house was spacious and had everything you could need including a fabulous hot tub with amazing views. The location of the home is close to the North Gate and amenities but the view is that which some drive 30 minutes into the communtity to get. We hiked, fished, took the Pilot on the 4x4 trail, and soaked up all Big Canoe has to offer. We spent evenings preparing and sharing meals with our friends and cannot wait to visit this home again!

  • Viewranda was a perfect house for my large family! All arrived on Christmas Day to the beautiful view and a cheerfully decorated Mountain Christmas Tree provided just for the occasion!! The owners did everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable...even adding a coffee grinder to the kitchen appliances when we asked if we needed to bring one. We are certainly hoping we can return again.

  • This house is incredible. It is very large, perfectly maintained, and has a great view of the mountains. The owner is considerate, thoughtful and communicates so well. I would stay here again in a minute!

  • This home is so comfortable and a great relaxing getaway!! You can see the largest waterfall in georgia in the distance. The views are amazing. You won't regret staying here for a day or two or even a week.
