This beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bath home with private pool is nestled in a new area off Singleton Beach Road. The oversized furniture and ottoman welcome you with plump cushions and pillows, perfect for lying back and watching the super sized flat screened TV mounted over the decorative fireplace.
Off the living area, is the large wood dining table that seats eight. The dining area is open to the large gourmet kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. You will also find a large porch with rocking chairs on this level waiting for you to enjoy an evening cocktail or rest while you barbeque on the stainless steel grill.
Completing this floor is the laundry room with stackable washer and dryer and a queen bedroom and a wall mounted flat screen TV. This room also features a large tropical fan and a full bath.
On the upper floor are three light filled bedrooms. The master bedroom has as an ebony wood four poster king bed and oversized armoire holding a flat screen TV and VCR. The master bath is large and open with travertine floors and granite counters surrounding the glass shower and spa tub.
The second queen bedroom also has a poster bed and large armoire with TV and its own private bath. The cheery twin bedroom, with private bath, has white Nantucket style furniture and a TV and VCR. All the bedrooms in this wonderful home offer the cooling breezes of ceiling fans.
Outside is a small in ground pool with a terrace with table and chairs for relaxing. The home is a ΒΌ mile walk to the beach. With the other homes we offer in the area, this home would be a perfect location for a family reunion of fun and sun.
Less than a block away is the town's newest public park with tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball and soccer fields. Beyond the town park is the beach access with metered parking which can be driven to in little more than a minute, bicycled to in three minutes or chauffeured** via golf cart dedicated to supporting this new community of exclusive homes.
**This home situated in a small complex of beautiful homes and offers a private golf cart shuttle to the beach Memorial Day through Labor Day. Please note that the shuttle does not operate on Saturdays.
