The cozy living room has a wood burning fireplace, surround sound, a 32" flat screen TV, DVD,VCR, and CD players. Enjoy the amazing views of the Ten Mile Range. Completely furnished with upscale custom furniture, numerous antiques, and charming decor.
The laundry room is on the bottom floor with the second bedroom, the den and second living area with sofa sleeper and a full tiled bathroom. The second living area has a 36" TV. The third full bathroom is on the upper level.
We are located 1/4 mile off of Hwy 9 on a paved road, 2 miles north of Breck. Avoid the noise and bustle of town, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the wildlife without giving up any convenience of location! 1 mile to Breckenridge skier shuttle parking and easy access to Copper,Keystone, and A-Basin.
