Located in the Historic District. This newly renovated home is just one block to the Naval Academy, City Dock and the State House.
You will find your stay a perfect vacation get-away with the comforts of your own home. The first floor is very inviting with open rooms and hardwood floors through out. The family room has a flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo, comfortable leather chairs and sofa. The kitchen has all new appliances and granite counter tops. There is also a 1/2 bath on this level.
The two bedrooms upstairs have one Queen and two twin size beds.One bedroom has a flat screen TV. We also have one raised/platform single aero bed, that can be used.
This cozy home is just a short walk to shopping, pubs and restaurants. Located on East Street. Free passes are available for on-street parking.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this wonderfully renovated home! The owners were very professional and prompt when making the reservation and with refunding the security deposit. We were there over the Christmas holiday and the owners even decorated and put up a tree for us! What a nice surprise. We are a family of three and had plenty of room. The home was clean and well kept. The owners made on-street parking passes available to us and we had no trouble parking near the property. The property is in the historic area. It is an easy short walk to get morning coffee, dine at the many near-by resturaunts, visit the USNA or the Capital Building. We look for to a future visit.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely, renovated home. We hosted a group of midshipmen from the USNA and the kitchen and living space suited us perfectly. The open floor plan and convenient location made our stay very comfortable. Also, the owners were very helpful (even on a Sat. night when we were trying to figure out how to work the DVD player) and our stay was very enjoyable. Everything was clean, the appliances and amenities were great. We would definitely reccommend this lovely home.

Scheduling and contracting the rental were very smoothe and professionally done. The owners were very accomodating and pleasant. Property description is accurate. This lovely tasteful house is perfect for a visit to your Mid (academy student) or for Commissioning Week or Annapolis harbor and town vacation.. It is very clean and tastefully designed. Though small, the use of space is amazing. We parked and spent the week never having to use the car, one block from Academy, town, harbor and a variety of eateries, During heavy traffic days we were the envy of all because everything was right out my door. The Mids and their families could drop in for short breaks between events making it possible to spend much more time together than if we had been across town. It is set up really well for entertaining a dozen people casually. Given the opportunity, we would definately stay here again.
