  My husband and I, with another couple stayed in one of your condos in Branson just before Christmas 2009. Well, all of us agree that your condo was the best place we've ever stayed. The condo was exceptionally clean and comfy. No doubt, a lot of effort is given to keeping it so pristine. Being unfamiliar with the area, it would have been easy to get lost in Branson’s Vegas like activity but the directions provided led us straight there. During our stay, we found the owner was just a phone call away for any questions we had. For us, it was a nice get away from the hustle and bustle of our own homes and families, but it was even nicer to have the spacious rooms and facilities (washer/dryer, kitchen with dishwasher and appliances) to maintain the normal comforts of home. The condo was better than the photos and description led me to believe... I thought it looked nice but wow, it was so much better than nice. One of our friends really appreciated the whirlpool tub for his back. The shower off of our room was more to my liking. Overall, we had a much better experience than a hotel or motel could offer us. The rooms even had king size beds just like we have in our homes. We were able to see all the Christmas lights and many of the shops... even had time to enjoy a couple of shows! It would take many trips to experience half of what Branson has to offer. As we were leaving, we all vowed to make it down there again... we just rebooked for next month and I can’t wait. ~Kathy

  We just finished our fourth or fifth stay this condo. If you want a great person to deal with and a beautiful condo, this is the one. Thank You for another great stay.

  This was our annual holiday shopping kick off and I forgot to rent a hotel room. Frantically I searched for a room, nothing big enough for my three daughters and me. I remembered using vrbo for a vacation this summer so I checked it for Branson. This condo was perfect! When we opened the door we were so happy! It is very nice and it was even decorated for Christmas. There was even a Christmas tree! The photos don't do it justice. Much nicer in person! Located near everything and easy to get in and out. It was perfect!

  We vacation in Branson every year with friends and were very pleased with your condo. In fact, we have already booked for next year. Everything you could want in the kitchen is available, it is exceptionally clean and the furniture/beds are comfortable. The screened in porch is a wonderful place to have coffee, read or just chill and watch the golfers. The convenience of having a walk-in condo makes it so easy for us 'older folks' to just roll in our luggage and get settled. Thank you Lloyd and Arlene for making it so easy to book/pay etc. It was great to meet you at Grand Country Gospel. Small world!!

  Hi Lloyd - We were very impressed with your condo and really enjoyed our (4) day stay. Your condo definitely exceeded all our expectation. Barbara stated more than once “let’s not tell anyone how nice this condo is” her thinking was if we keep your condo a secret, we would not have any problems renting it in the future. Ha!! The weather was great the (4) days we were there with no rain. We especially enjoyed most of all sitting at the table t on the porch watching the golfers pass by, while having our breakfast / evening meals. We enjoyed every meal on the porch except for two meals. We ate one of our evening meals at Famous Dave's using the 50% off coupons you gave us the heads up on and ate a breakfast the morning we checked out at the Grand Country buffet. We found the food to be very good. We also attended the Six and Pierce Arrow shows; I purchased the show tickets thru the iBranson people. We felt they gave us a very good deal and even added the SENIOR DISCOUNT. HA!! I found the iBranson people because it was linked with The Flavor of Branson web site you sent us. Barbara and my daughter enjoyed their day at the outlet mall the day I played Golf. I had a very enjoyable round of golf at Thousand Hills and met two very nice people as well. I have always enjoyed playing that course Note: Our apologies for not writing in your guest book, my hand writing is awful and Barbara has Rheumatoid Arthritis in her hands.   We just returned from a 3 night stay, our second stay this year, with another planned in December. We traveled with our neighbors, and they loved it too.The condo is beautiful, clean, comfortable,and closed to all the action.. The owner, Lloyd, had sent me a couple e-mails prior to our arrival, and they contained info on several restaurants that offered 25% off meals, and also info on free shows and Imax screenings. We used the coupons and ate at the Keeter Center, Montana Mikes, and Florintin's, and saved about $50.00 between the 4 of us. At the Imax theatre, we saw a John Denver, and a Johnie Cash tribute show, as well as 3 screening in the Imax theatre, and alltogether, saved approximately $332.00 !! Wow, what a nice owner to go out of his way to help his clients enjoy their stay, and save them some money as well. We have found a great home away from home.

  I read a lot of reviews on different condos before booking this one. I hope YOU will read mine. This condo is a wonderful experience. My communications with the owners were very quickly and courteously answered. These are people you will love to work with. This is a well apointed condo and has everything you will need. Yes, ladies, even hair dryers. We would certainly utilize this condo on future Branson trips. It is large and was very quiet. There were no internet problems and it has a great view over the golf course. The location is superb !!!!! You will love it.

  I have to say, I am actually hesitant to write this review, because I am not sure I want to share!!! This condo was beyond perfect - Lloyd and Arlene were a dream to work with, the prices are almost too good to be true, and Listing was BETTER than pictured or described. New Carpet, meticulously clean condo, and so close to everything. We will definitely be back!

  We were pleased with this condo. The owners had extra touches like the board games, SDC mugs, etc to really make our stay special. The unit was very clean and we would stay here again and again.

  we stayed 8 nights in two of Lloyds condos. When we booked our vacation Lloyd did not have availability for the entire time in one condo so he went out of his way and worked it out so that we could transfer to one of the other condos. The process went very quickly with no interuption in our plans. Lloyd is so accomodating and fantastic to deal with. This was our second time staying in his condos and it won't be the last. Our only problem was we can't decide which one we like the best. We stayed in many condos and these are by far the cleanest and nicest of any. The decor is beautiful and the online pictures do not fully illustrate the real beauty of these condos. Do not hesitate in booking one of these condos. It will be the best decision you will make and you will truly have a great vacation. The location,quietness and cleanliness are top notch. Your right in the center of all the entertainment and dining but just far enough for the privacy and quietness. I could go on and on about this place, but trust me it won't disappoint. I hope to return next summer and can hardly wait. S&L Karnas Ontario Canada
