I am a builder who loves the beach area and so I decided to design and build a home for myself that was both great for entertaining and at the same time has a feeling of intimacy.
The Unique Benefits at this Home
I love being close enough to the beach that I can just walk down to the beach or the downtown area and not have to worry about parking. Although most of the time I just relax on the roof deck and enjoy the ocean views.
The Downtown Pier Ave. area is full with great restaurants, bar and shops and a fun crowd of people.
