Escape to the solitude of the mountains on 17 acres of peaceful land. Spend a quiet evening watching one of over 500 movies cuddling up on the couch by the glow from the wood stove. Beautiful mountain views right out the front window. Close to Jay Peak Ski Resort.

Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, toaster oven, can opener, waffle maker, sandwich maker, griddle, lobster pots, utensils, glassware, paper goods and more.

Bathroom includes linens and has a shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser, hair dryer and curling iron. Iron and board also. Bedrooms all include linens,pillows and comforters.

Living Room has Sat. TV, DVD/VCR,Stereo, skylight, wood stove, chair, couches and tables. Lots of indoor games and puzzles for children and adults.

HEAT is Propane heater in living room, electric backup in all bedrooms and bath, and optional wood stove in living room.
Garage is available for auto, truck or boat storage.

Summer/Spring/Fall- Large pond for use of canoe, paddle boat, and rowboat on site. Two brooks flowing through the property with a wooden bridge across the beautiful flowing water. Outdoor games for all ages.
