Beautiful Beach Condo, newly remodeled with beach decor, top of line pillow top mattresses. NO carpet, tile floors, bathrooms up to date. New kitchen cabinets with Granite countertops.
Ocean front view. Beach chairs and umbrella rental available. Elevator access. Access to two pools, one pool heated during winter months. NO PETS, BOATS or JET SKI's allowed. No smoking allowed inside condo. Parking pass (limit 2) can be purchased on site at guard gate or office for additional $15 each. Must be 21 years or older to rent. Guest are reponsible for ANY and ALL damages done during stay.

My wife, daughter and I just returned from our week at this condo, We were very pleased. This property is right on the beach, clean and well maintained. The pictures of this condo are very representative of the unit. The owner, Sue, was easy to work with and very pleasant on the phone. Surfside Shores is very convenient to everything. Enjoyed early morning coffee daily on the balcony listening to the surf. Definately recommend this unit and this location. Bahama Bobs burgers on the beach were very good and reasonable.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
