Top floor condo facing High Ute Ranch and Utah Olympic Park (ski jumps), 3 miles from The Canyons, 5 from Park City, and 7 from Deer Valley. Sleeps 5 comfortably, 9 using hide-a-beds in living room and loft. Very clean, cozy, and well-appointed. Perfect for families with kids or small groups.
Excellent location next to Redstone and Newpark shopping/restaurant/entertainment area. Free shuttle with pickup point at Powderwood runs every 30 minutes to town, all ski resorts, and Redstone. Covered parking.
Two downstairs bedrooms each have a Queen sized bed and closets. Loft has a twin bed and a full-sized sofa hide-a-bed. Master bedroom and loft have TV / DVD / cable (flat screen in loft and living room not shown in photos).
High speed internet with wi-fi. Flat screen HDTV with Blu-Ray player and Wii with two controllers + two games (Sports + Sports Resort). Stream movies from Netflix through the Wii (Netflix subscription required), or hook your laptop up to the TV and stream whatever you'd like! Full kitchen with recently upgraded appliances. Washer and dryer inside room. Two full baths.
*No smoking or pets allowed inside building* Note that unit is on 3rd floor and there is no elevator access.
Tri-level common use club house has gym, heated swimming pool, pool table, and large "hanging out" area. Common use hot tub for apres-ski soaking.
Enjoy the legendary powder in the winter and the world-class mountain biking, hiking, and mountain sports in the summer. Or use as a base to go explore Zion, Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reef, Canyonlands, or Yellowstone!

Why the Owner Chose Powderwood
Powderwood used to be our home, and we decided that we wanted to keep the connection to Park City, as it's one of our favorite places.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Great location, quiet setting, relaxing view... There's so much to do up in Park City (in every season) it's hard to keep up. That said, some of our most memorable times have just been relaxing on the deck and watching the elk wander.
