Perfect for families or small groups. Excellent location next to Redstone and Newpark shopping/restaurant/entertainment area and 5 miles from Main Street and the slopes. Free shuttle with pickup point at Powderwood runs every 30 minutes to town, all ski resorts, and Redstone. No need to drive. Covered parking.
Two downstairs bedrooms each have a Queen sized bed and closets. Loft has a twin bed, a full-sized sofa hide-a-bed, and a TV / DVD. Full kitchen with recently upgraded appliances. Washer and dryer inside room. Two full baths. No smoking allowed inside building.
Tri-level common use club house has gym, swimming pool, pool table, and large "hanging out" area. Common use hot tub for apres-ski soaking.
Enjoy the legendary powder in the winter and the world-class mountain biking, hiking, and mountain sports in the summer. Or use as a base to go explore Zion, Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reef, Canyonlands, or Yellowstone!

We live in Anacortes, Washington and when we're not renting the condo, we use it as a home away from home (we used to live there!).
Why the Owner Chose Powderwood
Powderwood used to be our home, and we decided that we wanted to keep the connection to Park City, as it's one of our favorite places.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Great location, quiet setting, relaxing view... There's so much to do up in Park City (in every season) it's hard to keep up. That said, some of our most memorable times have just been relaxing on the deck and watching the elk.
