My husband and I spent the month of February at this house in Anthem and have already reserved it again for the same time next year. The house is immaculate, the views are incredible and the neighborhood is very nice. We loved Anthem and the entire area. We walked everyday to the Anthem Community Park which is beautiful. We visited Sedona and Scottsdale. Also, did a few hikes to Daisy Mountain. If you like to golf, there are many nice golf courses nearby. We also took in a Coyote hockey game in Glendale which is a very nice area.

We had such a wonderful time in your beautiful home. Just can't say enough about our stay! We have rented other homes in other areas near Phoenix but Anthem by far is now my favorite. What a great starting point for day trips to Sedona and Prescott, the Canyon, etc. My husband and 25-year-old son went hiking every day without having to drive to get there! The pool was enjoyed by both young and old. Everything was perfect, first class. The beds were very comfortable. Any problems that developed were handled with ease by the owner. Communication was great. Thank you for allowing us to share your home. Would not hesitate to rent here again.

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at this cozy and well-equipped vacation rental home during the Christmas holidays. Craig was an absolute pleasure to work with - very attentive to our needs and quick to ensure that our rental deposit was returned in a timely manner. Our kids loved the heated outdoor pool - a real treat for our 11 year old son and we were extremely appreciative to find items like shampoo, conditioner, soap etc. since our luggage was delayed until the next day. We loved the guest book and obtained many ideas of what to see and do from this book alone - we visited the beautiful Anthem Community Park, Anthem Outlet Mall, Prescott, Sedona and Jerome to name a few. We had everything we needed to cook our own meals and felt safe and secure in this lovely neighborhood with a beautiful view of Gavilian Peak from the back and a nice park area in the front. Thank you very much for sharing your home with us Craig. We do hope to return to Arizona one day and would most definitely like to stay in your home again.

My family spent the week of Thanksgiving here. The house is in a great location, wonderfully furnished and equipped and Craig's a pleasure to deal with. Great house in a quiet subdivision with very private back yard with pool. The house was immaculate & did not lack for anything. There was plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, laundry soap etc. This house has very bright colors and lots of unique wall pictures and native artificates. All in all, our vacation was marvelous and Craig was outstanding ensuring all our needs were met.

The house definitely lived up to its billing as well-equipped. There was literally nothing missing! The decor is bright and colorful and the beds are very comfortable. The backyard was 'hog heaven' for my grandchildren, who spent many hours playing in the pool. In addition, the owner is a pleasure to do business with. He is a man of his word and very attentive to even the slightest suggestion or mention of a need. I couldn't have been happier with my choice and hope it will be available when we next come to the Anthem area. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us.

We are just back from our second stay in Anthem. After 1 week sightseeing through Nevada,Utah , the week at this house was really perfect again. You will find all you need and more .We went to Jerome and Sedona but most of the time we stayed at home as the kids ( teenagers ) were really having fun by the pool. We will do all possible to go back again.

We just returned from a great stay at this lovey home in Anthem, AZ. The home was so inviting. The home was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The pool was great for the whole family. We have rented through VRBO for over 10 years and have honestly never stayed in a home with so many upgrades. The kitchen is wonderful and not a thing that was missing. The pool was great and the beds were very comfortable. The owner was very easy to work with. We brought our boat and went to Lake Pleasant and also Bartlett Lake. There were no crowds at the lakes and the wakeboarding was amazing. One day we went to Sedona and tried to go to Slide Rock, however the water was off limits due to high bacteria levels. But the beauty of Sedona was worth the trip. We will definitley come back.

My wife and I just spent another great week at this house in Anthem and have already reserved it again for the same time next year. It is a great getaway and you can do as much or as little as you want. The house is immaculate, the view is awesome and the neighborhood is great. We love Anthem and the entire area. Craig is great to deal with and even though we had no problems, he was available if we would have had any. If you want a place for a quiet time to relax but be near enough for as much excitement as you desire, this fits perfectly. We visited the Grand Canyon via the Grand Canyon Railway in Williams but never went all the way back down the downtown Phoenix. Trails out into the desert and up some of the hills are great exercise. The park in Anthem is beautiful and for a good breakfast, try Sweethearts Donuts in the Safeway shopping center. Their breakfast sandwiches and donuts are great.

Our Best Holiday in Arizona

We have just completed a six week stay(March/April 2011) in this bright,cheerful,fully equipped home and can honestly say this has been our most enjoyable holiday in Arizona.It is even nicer than depicted in the pictures. For a complete change from the desert climate this home is ideally situated for day trips to the Prescott Valley,Jerome,Sedona and the Verde Canyon Railway(a very scenic trip).Just remember to take a jacket as it is quite a bit cooler in the hills. We would again like to thank Craig for being such an outstanding landlord who went out of his way to ensure our stay was worry free.This is a home we would highly recommend to anyone who wants a great holiday in the desert. At this time we are really looking forward to being able to come back to the heated pool and sun again next year.

We enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the near future. The home is fully equipped with wonderful kitchen appliances for cooking in. There are many restaurants close by for dining out. The Anthem City Park is within walking distance and is just beautiful. All shopping is very close by. There is a wonderful hiking trail just around the corner. Craig made us very welcome and was on hand to answer any questions. Really comfortable and lacking nothing!! We would recommend this lovely home to families for short stays or extended vacations.

I have to say this home was an exceptional. The description and photos are an accurate overview but this house has to be experienced. We just returned from AZ after spending Christmas with our children and daughter-in-law to be at Craig's lovely home in Anthem. We all loved the colors, the layout of the house and pool. The house was immaculate and everything we needed was right there including laundry detergent! The Outlet Mall and restaurants all within a mile was a plus for us girls. The guys did some golfing, we took a day trip to Sedona... beautiful. We had the best time and did not want to come home; we can't wait to go back. We stayed at Craig's house this past week. While the temp's reached record degrees for the this time of year, the pool kept us cool. What a lovely, inviting and well equipped home. The Anthem area is quiet and peaceful but included something for everyone. Our children especially enjoyed spotting the wild rabbits in the yard and the javalinas running across the road. The Anthem location was great for day trips up north (Prescott, Mogollon Rim, etc) as well as easy access to Scottsdale and Glendale via I-17 and the 101 loop. Craig was great to work with and we would highly recommend this home.

We just got back from staying at this beautiful home for 9 days. The backyard is fabulous with a great pool and a view that is breath taking during the day and night. We have never seen so many stars, including catching a few falling ones. The home is set up with all the creature comforts and lots more!! We had a small problem during our stay and Craig, the owner, was available right away and had it fixed immediately. One of the best family vacations we had. After 12 hours flight what a reward. House is perfect, we felt at home immediately, everything is there to make your life easy , decor is gorgeous. Craig gives you all info you may need to make your stay perfect.Anthem is very safe and quite but you will find all activities or shopping close by. Perfect mix for family with teens ( 17 and 16) relaxing and sightseeing . Lots of attractions within 2 hours drive, we really enjoyed Apache trail and Sedona. We will go back again as soon as possible.

First off, the listing tells you enough to make you want to see it, but doesn't go far enough. This place is AWESOME! The house is beautiful, spacious, clean and everything you need is provided. The view is great and perfect for watching the sun rise and set. The pool is perfect. My wife and I just returned from 6 days at this house and it was the best vacation ever for us. We recommend it to anyone wanting a getaway, from a husband and wife to a family. You have good food locally, a great park for running or walking, and Phoenix is 20-30 minutes away. Also, a couple of hours away is Verde Canyon Railroad and is a great way to spend an afternoon. We left some brochures in the living room. Craig is very helpful and very easy to work with. Everything went smooth as silk. We will definitely be returning.

This is a lovely home. It is perfect for a relaxing and an enjoyable stay. The home is just like in the pictures and has everything you need. It's clean, comfortable, conveniently located, a beautiful park and tourist areas nearby and it's in a nice quiet neighbourhood. The back yard is private and overlooks the desert and hills and the pool is great! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this home.

Along with everyone else who has had the opportunity to stay in Craig's rental we found that our vacation in their home was like being at a home away from home. The pictures provided here are nothing short of being picture perfect in providing an overview of the property including the comforts in the house and the pool area. The kitchen was well equipped and roomy, the bed was wonderful, the leather chairs in the living room were very comfy, great walk-in closets etc etc. The decor itself was something else. Love the decorating. Having the easy access to the freeway, grocery stores, restaurants etc made this an optimal place to spend a week in AZ. Most definitely will be back.

Perfect! 30 minutes from Phoenix airport, 20 minutes from Peoria (spring training baseball). Easy 1 hour drive to Sedona area, and a little over 2.5 hours to Grand Canyon. We did all of this while staying at this property. The house was very comfortable, nicely decorated, and the property owner was extremely easy to work with. :)

Just returned from spending the month of February, 2010 in this lovely home in Anthem. The pictures on the web site do not do it justice...just a perfect place to relax and enjoy AZ sunshine! Close to Sedona,and Scottsdale as well. House well equipped...gourmet kitchen, comfortable beds, well-stocked with paper products, beautiful furnishings, and a fantastic view from the wondeful heated pool and master bedroom. And Craig, the owner, was so easy to deal with.

A terrific house in a great location. We have just returned from a month visit to Anthem and are wondering why we ever left. The house is very well equipped, comfortable and attractive. Basically, pack some clothes and go, the rest is already there waiting for you. Highly recommended! For those working while away, be sure to take advantage of the super-fast, free Wi-Fi in Anthem's beautiful main park. We feed the ducks and checked email, all at the same time. The roundtrip 10 mile hike to the summit of Daisy Mountain is worth it and it's a huge mistake if you don't head to Sedona while staying here. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did. We ended up extending our stay as it was so close to everything and we loved it so much. The decor was amazing and the ammenities lacked nothing. The pool was heated for our late November stay and totally private. We especially enjoyed it at night with the desert and sky view. With Phoenix, Scottsdale, Sedona and even a casino close by, this is a perfect location (don't forget Spring Training). We had the pleasure of renting this home in November. The colors and art inside are without a doubt a perfect choice for the area. The home is cozy, and with loads of room, we were very comfortable. My wife and 2 other couples stayed for one of the best weekends of our lives. The pool is outstanding, and gives you the ability for pure relaxation. This is a stunning property. We wanted a heated pool with a desert view and we got it and a whole lot more besides. The house is fitted out to a very high standard with everything you could possibly ask for. It is beautifully decorated with lots of lovely artwork. It's in a great neighbourhood with a very handy Outlet mall only 3 minutes drive away! It was a pleasure corresponding with the owner and we would definitely return.

We stayed at the house for a week in April. We LOVED it. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean, full of everything you need, nicely landscaped and for us most importantly private and quiet. It was easy to day trip to Sedona and the red rocks or the "city" for shopping and such. We came home on Saturday and in the mail on Tuesday I received my deposit back which was wonderful. We are already planning our next trip down and plan on taking others with us. I would recommend this vacation home 100%.

We had been looking for a reasonably priced house with a private pool with desert/mountain views for some time. The lower end in the Scottsdale area and other parts of Phoenix was either non-existent or distinctly lower end with no pool heating! I came across this house and didn't hesitate! After swift and very pleasant communications with Craig,the owner, it was all fixed. We were not disappointed. It is in a lovely neighbourhood and the interior of the house and pool are all beautifully decorated to a very high standard. The house has literally everything you need. We all felt so at home. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped and we enjoyed home-cooked meals out by the pool. The large pool has a little waterfall which the kids loved and it was heated very nicely - a welcome luxury since in April the air temps varied from 60 to 100. Thank you for sharing your home with us, Craig, we had a great time.
