This is truly a gorgeous property and a place to make dreams come true. It was built in 2008, so everything is new, no old cabin smell here!! As you can see the windows overlooking the lake allow you to take in all the lake has to offer.
The views of the sun rising in the morning and the sun setting at night are truly breath taking. If you are a fisherman, then you have come to the right place as it is not more than a 5 minute boat ride to some of the best walleye and musky fishing on the lake. No matter if you like to go sailboating or jet skiing it is all here for the taking. You will enjoy the ease of having your own boat landing and private dock.
There is also a marina within walking distance if you have a large boat, need gas or just looking to hang out with the locals. Our lake home is 3.5 miles to Garrison, 23 miles to Brainerd and keep in mind that after a day on the lake its only a 15 min drive to all the night life at the Grand Casino and several restaurants with amazing food. You can also enjoy some of the best golf courses in the state of MN, go to see Brainerd International Raceway or bike ride on the paved Soo Line Trail just south of our property. No matter what it is you enjoy, this is the place where dreams come true.

The Unique Benefits of this House
Fishing, boating, skiing, watching the sunrise over the water. Listening to the waves at night and in the morning. In the winter we icefish, iceskate and wind ski. This lake is 27 miles in diameter. You can't see the otherside of the lake. It is like being at the ocean. All of the activities that are offered on this lake like no others. There is a beautiful view from everywindow. Just a georgous place to be.
