The room was beautiful. Very spacious. We had a wonderful time. Very well maintained and well stocked for all your laundry and cooking needs. My family had a very relaxing time which I so needed. The furniture very comfortable. Very happy with accomodations

We stayed at this lovely beachfront unit June 19-26th, 2010. The property was nice and the unit itself was roomy and clean. The view was beautiful. The beach was wonderful. The bedrooms were larger than most and everyone had their own bathroom. Every room was nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. We cooked in several times and the kitchen was well appointed. The balcony had it's own table for dining al fresco and nice comfortable seating, something you do not always find with every rental. We ate out on the balcony most evenings. The balcony is one floor overlooking the pool, great for keeping an eye on the older kids. This property is close to St. Andrews State Park, a must-see day trip. Our family had a terrific time and look forward to returning. The owner was easy to work with and friendly. Would recommend this unit to friends with confidence. Thanks Kevon!

We had a fantastic time the middle of May 2009. Great views. Immaculate place. Decorated and furnished very well. Everything we needed was there. My wife, adult son and daughter had plenty of room and enjoyed everyone having their own bedroom and bathroom. Easy access to the beach, very short walk from the elevator. Beach is great, soft sand and plenty of it! Covered parking was wonderful. The swimming pool, whirl pool, and exercise area's were never crowded and an extra bonus. Good central location ...close to Pier Park but far enough away to not have the noise or traffic. Pharmacy and grocery store were just across the street. This was our first visit to PCB and we will contact these same owners upon our return visit! The owners were great to us and very accommodating. We were well taken care of and enjoyed our stay immensely.

My husband and I stayed here for the entire month of February. It is decorated beautifully and is most comfortable with all the amenities. The moment we walked in, we felt right at home. When it was too chilly to walk the beach, the view from the living area and the master bedroom was great with large windows and doors to the balcony; and the lounge chair in the master bedroom was perfect for reading and relaxing with the view of the ocean in front of you. The location is perfect for grocery shopping, the new outdoor mall and movie theater. We highly recommend it and would certainly return.
