Casita Anette is the best deal in Akumal. It is a cozy studio condominium with private kitchen and bath located in the premier condo building on Half Moon Bay. It is in the only condo building which is beach front, has a swimming pool, contains a reverse osmosis water purification system and has a garden patio at your front door.
No other casita in Akumal has the features found in Casita Annette. It contains an entertainment system which would be found in only the finest hotels. A large flat-screen high definition television supplies viewing for the library of DVD movies; It is difficult to maintain English speaking TV programming in the area so we use two sources: Dish Network which is supplied through a rooftop satellite and DirectTV which is supplied through the use of Slingbox internet. You will enjoy our Playstation 3 video game console which doubles as a blueray movie player.
We are located on the garden side of Playa Caribe Condominium. There is small garden patio outside the entrance which is perfect for morning breakfast or for surfing the web on your laptop. We are a short walk around the building to the swimming pool and then the beach.
We not only have DSL Wi-Fi internet for the exclusive use of Casita Anette guests, but provide a desktop computer for your use. We strive to maintain the best condo deal in the Akumal area!

After having enjoyed vacationing in Akumal for more than twenty years, we decided to own a bit of paradise. Once we bought Casita Anette we immediately upgraded all aspects of the home. Playa Caribe was our favorite place to stay in the area when we were guests and love owning a unit there and sharing it with you during your vacation.
Why the Owner Chose Akumal
Casita Anette was a unique property in that it has all of the amenities of a luxury property but at a surprisingly affordable price. The unit is quiet yet wonderfully located.
The Unique Benefits of this Studio
Since our unit does not have a view of the sea, we decided to make sure it was what you would hope for while staying in a great hotel room. We began with great video in the flat screen tv. Getting reliable internet in the area is difficult so we had a high speed internet line installed for the exclusive use of our guests. We added a desktop computer so people can enjoy the internet availability without having to lug their laptops to paradise. We just added a PlayStation 3 video console which doubles as a blueray movie player. We have two Ipod docking stations so you can listen to your favorite music. We are air conditioned. You can sleep soundly to the sound machine.
