The hose is big, comfort and well equipped!! We had there all we need. The neighborhood is quiet and elegant. The hose stand closed to the lake that brings us surprise visitors every morning like birds and ducks!! The kids loved it so much. There is pubix very close and the roads to the main attraction are nearby and get you there in less than 20 minutes. The owners of the property are very nice and polite and all the effort to give you all the answers you need and all the details that require.

For us (Family with 2 Kids of Age 3 and 5) excellent location for our Orlando vacation. All Parks could be reached by Car within 20 minutes. Secure area, very clean, nice pool and a Kids fitting Inventory (you dont have to watch all the Time nothing get broken :-)). Enough Space for Grandma und Granddad as well. We would Choose it again if we go a Second time.

Für uns 4 (2 Kinder von 3 und 5) war das Haus eine Super Lokation zur Erkundung von Orlando und den Parks. Schön und sicher gelegen (etwas außerhalb von Orlando, aber mit dem Auto innerhalb von 20 min. bei allen Parks), sauber, schöner Pool und modern und kindgerecht eingerichtet (man muss nicht dauernd aufpassen, das was runter fallen könnte :-), und Spielsachen gibt es auch) und sehr hell. Würden wir jederzeit wieder für einen Aufenthalt wählen. Und platz für Oma und Opa wäre auch noch gewesen

Das Haus hatte eine gute Lage, war ordentlich und hübsch ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung (Elektrogeräte in der Küche, TV, Pool, etc.) war sehr gut und es hat uns wirklich sehr dort gefallen. Auch der Blick auf den kleinen See hinter dem Haus ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Hier kommen wir gerne auch noch einmal hin!

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und vor allem sauber. Vom Bügeleisen bis zur Wii Konsole ist alles vorhanden. Die Freizeitparks sind mit dem Auto alle schnell zu erreichen (Disney 20 Minuten, Universal 30 Minuten). Wenn man außer Haus essen möchte ist alles schnell zu erreichen, genau so wie Supermärkte oder Tankstellen. Der Ort in dem sich das Ferienhaus befindet hat sogar einen eigenen Sicherheitsdienst der immer da ist. Die Umgebung wird von Gärtnern täglich gepflegt. Wenn man hier Urlaub macht, muss ein Mietwagen vorhanden sein weil hier weder Busse noch Züge fahren. Wir hatten hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub und würden jederzeit wiederkommen."

Hello, Today we had to leave your villa. It was such a great time we spent. We enjoyed it so much. Your house is great. The pool was a welcome refreshment after shopping or a tour in the theme parks. Bram and Sylvia, My family and I want to thank you for a very enjoyable experience to coming to Disney World. We have been before but we took our 2 daughters (5 1/2 and 1 1/2). We were also celebrating our 10 year anniv.! Our girls LOVED the pool! Our dog loved chasing them on the deck while they where swimming. The house was very clean and had all of the utensils we needed! It was nice to do laundry during the week, so I didn't have much to come back too! The neighborhood was quiet. We are talking about coming back next year with my brother n law and sister and law and their little one! Also, the pool toys were GREAT! The girls loved them....just what we needed. The house is close to grocery store, restaurants and close enough to Disney... but no crowds...what a plus! Thank you again Bram and Sylvia. Great place to get away from the parks

We had a great time in the home after a long day in the parks. The kids, ages 12, 11, and 8 were anxious to get back and go swimming. There was plenty of room for the family and extended family. There was everything in the home we could have needed. There were no problems with the rental, the location, or the home. We would definitely rent from them again!

Vielen herzlichen Dank, dass wir in Ihrem wunderschönen Haus unsere Sommerferien verbrachen durften. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, denn das Haus ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet worden. Fast jeden Tag benutzten wir den grosszügigen Pool um uns von den anstrengenden Ausflügen in die verschiedenen Vergnügungspark zu erholen. Das Haus ist wirklich empfehlenswert!

Fantastic villa - very spacious had everything we needed and more! Heated pool was great for winding down after parks. Villa was well furnished and equipped and well-maintained. Owners were extremely helpful prior to visit, were happy to answer all questions and provide advice. Location of villa was excellent. Very easy to get to all parks, major routes and numerous shops/restaurants. Highly recommended, was even better than we imagined from the description and photos.

This was our second time staying in this area so we knew what to expect and were not disappointed. The Villa is very roomy with a nice layout and is exceptionally clean. It is a lovley place to return to after a busy day at the theme parks situated in a quiet area, but very close to several supermarkets and restaurants. The owners were very easy to deal with and provided good information prior to our trip so that everything went smoothly. The pool is of a good size and is well maintained. The games table provides a welcome relief and is a wonderful bonus when you have children. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to family and friends.

This property was as advertised. It had everything that our family wanted from a villa and more. It is in a very pleasant location, but very close to all the Orlando theme parks, retail outlets etc. The supermarket,'gas stations' and bank are very close by. This was our third visit to Orlando,and it was far better than staying in hotels which we have done in the past. It was sheer bliss to get into the pool after a day plodding around the parks. A beautiful villa in a quiet location yet centrally located for all our needs - access to theme parks, shopping, sightseeing etc, so we had the best of both worlds. The property was very clean and well maintained and has every amenitie imaginable. The pool and games table went down a treat and the fact that the property was not overlooked is a bonus. It was very good value and the assistance and information provided by the owners was excellent. I would recommend this property as it ticks all the boxes and would certainly hope to return at some stage.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. The house was immaculately clean and the very comfortable. The pool was well cared for and after a long day at the parks a wonderful way to relax. The house is exactly as described with lots of room and a layout that provides for privacy as well. The house is located about 3 miles to I-4 which made it easy to travel to parks, shopping outlets and restaurants. No one could be nicer or easier to communicate with than Sylvia. She made the details of our trip easy and was very accomodating. If you are looking for great value and a wonderful vacation home contact Sylvia and Bram - you will not be disappointed!!

I have recently returned from a fabulous 2 weeks of playing golf in Florida. The villa is ideally situated for gaining access to all the attractions and many of the superb golf courses; the availability and use of the broadband internet enabled us to take advantage of some really good deals when making golf bookings. The villa has excellent facilities and is really well decorated and maintained, the pool was most welcomed after a hard day out playing golf. The additional entertainment (wii - gametable) is a real bonus for families with young children (and older adults too). The owners, are very conscientious in ensuring that everything is of a high standard and provide excellent customer service. This villa is in a quiet location, has four bedrooms (2 en suite) 2 double bed, 2 x 2 single beds. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to family or friends. As well as playing many excellent golf courses at very reasonable prices, we saw Cirques de Soliel (Must See Show) and ate at many excellent restaurants.

What a wonderful house! Everything about this villa was great, from the location (conveniently close to all amusement parks, supermarket and more) to the layout, which made us feel comfortable and at home immediately. Everything looked clean and taken care of, and all the basics are provided, such as a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and all the dinnerware and glasses you could think to need. Of course, swimming in the heatd pool was a must! But the kids also really appreciated the extra indoor games, WII and Game Table, that are included. There was plenty to keep them busy. The only downside about staying was that we eventually had to leave, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone planning to visit the Orlando area.

After a terrific flight down to MCO we walked into an even better Villa. The Villa was just as described on the website. And everything looked like on the pictures. We certainly enjoyed the Villa, its great. The pool has been used a whole lot and our little one has plenty of fun. Besides the weather, late in the afternoon - which can be refreshing -, there is more than enough to see and do. There is enough stores to shop and all the attractionpark are superb!! Everything was fine for the the week. The property managers were very kind and even bought a new WII, since we were keen to try it. But at the end, WDW took so much of our energy that we hadn't any left to install and use it... So all in all our Orlando stay was a great time.

We stayed at Bram's house for our Disney vacation during Christmas 2008. We had very good experience with this house. Everything worked out as expected. Bram is very nice to deal with and the local property manager is very easily accessible and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this pplace again.
