Why the Owner Chose Austin
Allandale is a highly desirable neighborhood in Austin due to its central proximity to Downtown, the University, the Arboretum, and the Domain. We love that there are so many families in Allandale as well as a 30+ acre park complete with pond, tennis courts, and swimming pool. You'll enjoy taking long walks and bird watching--there are more trees in Allandale than anywhere.

What you will love about the Hancock Ranch House is its huge open floor plan which integrates the lovely kitchen, dining, and 52" TV family room areas. The house is 2000 square feet but also features an optional 400 square foot apartment if desired. And that's unique about our property! If you have newly-weds, a newborn, or grandparents, why not give them their own little space? If you rent the whole property you'll have plenty of room to spread out with a king bedroom, three queen bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two kitchens! Plus a fabulous outdoor covered BBQ area.
