Las Tortugas, Aloha, in the heart of golf valley with several excellent golf courses within five minutes and many more along the Costa del Sol.

Close to the famous "Golden Mile" and within easy reach of Gibraltar.


The international port of Puerto Banus is home to many internationally renowned shops and boutiques, is full of bars with 24 hour nightlife in the night clubs and casino a few minutes away.

This apartment is truly luxurious. Only a few minutes drive to Puerto Banus and minutes to local restaurants and supermarkets.

Las Tortugas is set in beautiful surrounds, is very peaceful and has glorious views looking down towards the harbour.

The mountains are set behind the development and a few minutes away is the protected lake-Las Tortugas - The Turtles.

Las Tortugas itself is a small and select gated complex completed in 2005. There is secure underground parking, an elevator to the front door and no vehicular access to the main access so peace and quiet is guaranteed. There is 24 hour security on site with gated access and an entry phone system.

This apartment has to be seen to be believed. There are marble floors throughout, full air conditioning, superb interior design with an oversized south facing terrace, well furnished with comfortable sofa, good quality seating and dining table. A BBQ is in situ.

The beautiful sitting room opens onto the terrace through large sliding doors and from both inside and outside there is a truly magnificent view through the valley to the sea coast. The dining area is very convenient and the chairs comfortable. It is located near the "open window" of the kitchen for convenience.

There is a TV and DVD and Spanish terrestrial TV is available.

The kitchen is large and was designed with granite work surfaces and every modern appliance by Bosch, three sinks with laundry area and washer/dryer. It is equipped with everything you could need.

The master bedroom has a double bed and sliding doors directly onto the terrace. Built in wardrobes, side tables, lamps, rug, built in safe and artwork. The large en-suite bathroom with marble floor and double sinks is lovely with a wonderful walk in shower (not over the bath but separate)all with underfloor heating.

The main bathroom has a bath with shower over and double marble wash hand basins and underfloor heating.

The second bedroom is nicely furnished and has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, also built in wardrobes and sliding doors to the front terrace.
