We have stayed at the Emerald Grande for the last 4 years and by far this condo was not as nice as the others. The condo did not seem clean but was told by the owner that a professional cleaner had came and cleaned the carpets, beds, etc. We were very disappointed by the view and the noise of the street. It lacked the experience we have had in the past at the Emerald Grande. We are looking for a different condo at the Emerald Grande for our next year trip. The condo still needs a makeover!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Emerald Grande at Harbor Walk Village but this condo needed so much more. We had 6 adults in our party. There were only 5 forks in the kitchen and not nearly enough pots, pans, small appliances, etc. in the kitchen. There were only 2 dining room chairs. The wall and table decorations need updating and the living room furnishings really need replacing. It just didn't have that "Vacation Condo" appeal. The condo had not been cleaned when we walked in but before I could get to the phone to call the front desk the cleaning crew was at the door and gave us complimentary drinks at the bar for our inconvenience. They were very nice. The washing machine had to be replaced while we were there. It flooded the floor twice. I would highly recommend The Emerald Grande but not necessarily this condo unless much needed repair and updating is accomplished. The Harbor Walk area is WONDERFUL! There is so much entertainment available without getting in your car. It's great for families or singles!!
Owner response:This condo has since gotten the updates in which the guest was looking for. This condo had a year long tenant, and the guest above was the first guest in since the tenat had moved out. The guest was made aware of this prior to booking, as we did know what kind of shape the condo was and what it may or may not be needed. The same day the tenant moved out, the guest checked in. While we tried to tell the guest it would not be sufficient time to get the condo cleaned and up to par, they did not want to change their dates and was giving a discount, as well as free drinks at the bar, to compensate for such. Will will always do what is needed to make a guest happy, and all after all was said and done, they guest said they had a great time, and wanted to check out some of our gulf front condos we have at www.silverbeachtowers.com
