Our apartment is close to San Pietro, in the heart of Rome, located in a quiet and affluent
area, in a city quarter where there are a lot of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, hospitals, banks and everything needed to spend a quiet and carefree holiday.

The apartment has been recently renovated and well furnished and it consists of a spacious entrance, a living room with a double sofa bed, two double rooms, a single room, two bathrooms, a comfortable kitchen, a balcony and, in agreement we can supply an indoor car parking space at a discounted rate which is at distance of only 20 meters from the apartment. The San Pietro basilica, the musei Vaticani, piazza Navona, the characteristic square of Campo de’ Fiori are all within a short distance from the apartment. And if you love staying in the open air, at a few steps there is the beautiful park of Doria Pamphili.

Moreover, thanks to its strategic position, you can easily get buses and the underground train which connect the apartment to the airports and the Termini train station. The cleanliness of the apartment and customer care are essential to us.

  • We had such a terrific stay here at this apartment in Rome! Patrizio and his family were so friendly and accommodating. We knew we were in safe hands from the very beginning when we started emailing back and forth about the apartment. The apartment was clean, tastefully decorated, and very well maintained- Patrizio and his family even stocked it up with food for us for breakfast which we much appreciated. It's located closely to bus stops (by bus, it was about 5 min from the Vatican and about 15-20 min to Termini Station). Patrizio set up a car & driver for our group of 5 from the airport upon our arrival and then to the train station upon checkout which was very convenient and affordable. Patrizio and his daughter Victoria showed us around the apartment and were available all week if we had questions. We would highly recommend this place to all of our family and friends for future stays! Grazie Patrizio and family!

The modern decor, comfortable rooms, drinks and snacks were great for our family who had 3 kids. My in-laws stayed at the other apartment and loved it as well. If we come back to Rome, I would definitely stay at your place again.

  • I would highly recommend this apartment. We stayed in a few places through-out Italy, booked through other web sites, and this was the best by far! It was clean and had everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. (even toys for our children to play with!) We loved our stay in Rome and coming 'home' to a great place each night added to our memories. Thank you again!

  • Thank you Patrizio and Katia for letting stay in your beautiful apartment in Rome. This place is beautiful, well decorated and well kept. Everything was so clean. When we got to the apartment Patrizio and his wife Katia had some cold drinks in the Fridge for us and some snack in the kitchen. They are very pleasant couple. Patrizio organized the taxi to pick us up from the Airport/cruise/Rome/Airport. Everything went very smooth. The apartment is located close to bus stop which take you everywhere touristic. I was very pleased with our accommodation. By the way the A/C really works here??

  • My husband and I stayed at this location the week prior to Easter 2009. It is a lovely spacious apartment. A bus to all the places of interest is right at the corner and you can walk to the vatican in 10-15 minutes. We loved the quite location and 2 markets were within 1 block so we could utilize the fully equiped kitchen. If my travels take me back to Rome I would not hesitate to consider staying at this location again. very very very good. Toni French
