With three bedrooms and three full bathrooms there is plenty of space for you and your guests. This is a modern property and very well maintained. The location of this property makes it so popular. Ocean and boardwalk close, you can walk everywhere, including the beach!

The unit has a master suite w walk-in closet and large bathroom. You can shut the door and have much needed privacy. There are 2 additional bedrooms. The kitchen is large and has everything.

The family room has a an auto-ignite gas fireplace and opens to a large covered patio. The patio faces the pool and lagoon. Other units either have no views or have to walk to get to the pool and jacuzzi-This unit has it all- If you need to get away and want peace and quiet, this is it. This is an upscale area!

This unit is fully furnished- It is also decorated with a beach theme. You will feel at home during your stay! You will have access to cable TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi internet. The pool is steps away from the covered patio, which has a nice gas barbecue for grilling steaks and burgers.

You can eat in the pool area under the umbrella and chairs or walk twenty steps back to your patio and have dinner while listening to music. The pool and jacuzzi are heated year round-

If you want to shop, the Carlsbad outlet mall is 5 minutes away one exit down I-5. The famous "flower fields" are 5 minutes away. Dining is all around you- Great seafood, fish, Mexican, Italian, and even a fantastic French Bistro await you in the village.

Take a drive along the PCH 101 and explore all the beach towns from Oceanside to Torrey Pines, La Jolla, and of course Old Town and Downtown San Diego. Call me now to get your month/months reserved!!
