Year Purchased: 2006
About the owner: We purchased our cabin as a year round home for ourselves when we moved to Lake Placid from Virginia. Because of the cabin's great charm, view, trees and plants and privacy, we planned to make this a rental property after we completed our house in the Lake Placid area.
Why the Owner Chose Lake Placid:
We chose to move here because of great snow, cool summers, and the many musical groups.

Our cabin is always comfortable and it is convenient to many of the great attractions of the Lake Placid and Tri-Lakes area and on to Montreal. We have enjoyed summer and winter holidays with friends and family in this unique cabin property.
