This condo has an open spacious living area with includes a large fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, fondue pot, crock pot, and toaster. The gas grill is right out the sliding glass door! The kitchen has three counter stools and overlooks the dining area that seats up to eight. Enjoy the gas fireplace while eating or watching television relaxing on the large sectional.
Your home away from home has in floor heating and a lot of closet space including a walk in closet at the front door. Leave you winter gear at the door while you walk into the warm comfortable feeling of this condo.
It is bright and cheery and across the street from the new town park with playground, skate park, amphitheater and sledding hill. This downtown location is an easy walk to nearby shops, restaurants, visitor center, trails, and streams. For skiers and snowboarders, this property is also located right on the resort’s free winter bus line or an easy two mile drive to WP Resort.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath, 2nd bedroom has a double bunk bed with a double bunk above with a full bath across the hall and the 3rd bedroom also has a double bunk bed with a double bunk above with a full bath across the hall. Two double aero beds are also available.
Winter Park is 1hr 45 min drive from Denver International Airport 45 min from Grand Lake, CO and Rocky Mountain National Park.
