- 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on bottom and single on top.
- The second bathroom has a walk in shower. Beach towels on top shelf.
- Brian inset an area for the towel bars. Good idea, huh?
- Brian's apt is above the private garages. "Brian's" garage is on the far right.
- There are three tables and chairs under shade trees for sitting outside.
- Brian's apt is in a 4-plex that is 1 blk from downtown Pacific Beach
- Ride our complimentary bikes on the miles and miles of ocean and bay boardwalks!
