The tropical atmosphere leaves no doubt you are in full vacation mode! In view, directly across the Resort Pool, is the Poolside Chickee, creatively named “The Groggy Frog”!
You will enjoy the casual fare and cold drinks served in the shade of its thatched roof. Having 2 TV’s and being next to the pool, it naturally attracts everyone and makes a good place to meet your neighbors and make new friends.
Next to the Chickee is The Island House, a vacation themed two-story clubhouse. Be sure to acquaint yourself early in your visit with The Island House where you have free use of the Fitness Center featuring Cybex and True Equipment, a Billiards Room, Media Room with a 5’ TV, Game Room, Social Room, and Internet Café’.
Bonita Village is centrally located and close to everything! You can have your feet in the warm sands of Bonita Beach in as little as 180 seconds, be shopping at Coconut Point Mall, South Florida’s largest new mall in 10 minutes, be at a local marina in 60 seconds, or at a friendly tennis club which is just 60 seconds beyond the marina.
When you want to stay home and relax this residence is tropically decorated and has special 10'8" ceilings! The main living area features a Flat Screen TV and DVD, porcelain tile floors, granite kitchen counters, and crown molded ceilings.
