Once you enter the Private Courtyard and through the Grand Entry of this magnificent Rancho La Quinta Country Club home you won't be able to tell where the pool ends and the lake begins. This was our thought when we saw this beautiful home for the first time.
This home offers all of the amenities of a First Class Hotel yet with all of the comforts and conveniences with the feeling of being home. The open floor plan includes a dining area with seating for six, great room with fireplace and entertainment center with 64" DLP TV with DVD/VCR/Stereo. This room also offers a separate Granite Bar Area with ice maker and sink, perfect for entertaining. The Kitchen, complete with Stainless Appliances, Granite Counters with island seating includes all of the necessities for the gourmet chef in all of us. The Master Suite features a Private Courtyard, King Bed, Oversize Master Bath, Large Custom Walk-In Closet and LCD/HD TV with DVD/VCR. The Guest Suite offers a King Bed, Full Private Bath and LCD TV. The Third Guest Suite offers a Queen Size Sofa Sleeper, Full Private Bath, Walk-In Closet and LCD/HD TV with DVD/VCR. The Private Office includes built bookshelves to include a desk with complimentary high-speed Wireless Internet, an Elliptical Machine for the athlete in all of us and Private Courtyard!
