A vacation rental home in the nicest section of Pine Island - Manatee Bay - with private dock and 8,000 lb davits. Quite neighborhood and by boat you are a short distance from Matlacha Pass, the Intercoastal, Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach. Enjoy the great fishing which includes tarpon, snook, grouper, red fish, snapper and others; biking along the bike path, kayaking or canoing, antiquing or relaxing.

Our updated home is a 3 bedroom / 2 bath with garage and large screened in lanai. The floor plan offers a master bedroom suite with large master bedroom, walk in closet and master bath on the right side of the home. On the left side of the home are the two guest rooms and second bath with double sinks and a shower. The main living area separates the two sleeping areas and includes a cathedral ceiling den, kitchen, dining room, living room and foyer. Connecting both areas is the large open lanai in the back overlooking the canal. What a great place to enjoy all your meals when not using the dining room. And off the lanai is a hot tub to relax in.

The extra large 2 car garage also includes the laundry area with washer and dryer and sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, utensils, pots & pans, coffee maker, and toaster. The home has new 18” tiles throughout much of the living area with the balance being white washed Pergo type flooring. All easy to keep clean. There are seven ceiling fans throughout the house and lanai. You will really enjoy the open floor plan which includes pocket doors for the sliders out to the lanai from the den, and dining room which totally opens up the living space. And if you need additional parking for an RV or boat trailer, across the private street and part of the property, is a palm tree lined area to park larger vehicles.
