Quaint art-filled two level townhome with garage

Once inside, this townhome is the perfect getaway for the San Fran visitor. It has a one car garage that is very handy when daily parking in the city can cost upwards of $50 per day. It has a washer and dryer that is also an added bonus. The home itself is warm and adorned with tons of artwork throughout. The bedroom with it's own in-suite bathroom is tucked away in the rear of the unit with complete privacy and is very quiet. The upstairs accommodations are equally as nice with a sitting room which turns into a second bedroom and a full bath just outside between it and the kitchen. The galley style kitchen has everything you need for meals and entertaining. There is a full size dining room and living room with balcony just off the kitchen as well. The bathrooms have been updated with the latest fixtures and finishes and the kitchen has a gas stove and dishwasher. Both sleeping areas have medium size flat screen tv's for night time viewing while in bed. The living room has a docking station for your musical enjoyment. The general area (SOMA) has many nearby conveniences with local coffee shops, urban markets and various restaurants to choose from. A ten to fifteen minute walk will put you in the shopping district or Market Square area of town. SOMA is still in it's revitalization stage and has a ways to go but the home itself has been renovated and is a step above most others in the local area. My only complaint would be the noise level in the alley way at the front entrance of the home. There is a re-hab center on this block and several homeless people that wander about late at night. I slept in the upstairs bedroom overlooking the front of the home and experienced random bursts of outside noise and excitement. The alley way is non-descript but seems to attract a good deal of foot traffic and passer bys. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Thanks again Glenn...

This townhome is very comfortable, clean and convenient. It was like living in the pages of Architectural Digest – great original art, high end fixtures and décor. The owners were very helpful and super easy to work with. Did not want to leave! I would recommend to anyone.

Me, my husband and my father in law really loved this place. The house is lovely, clean, comfortable and conveniently located. We rent a car so having a garage was also convenient and indispensable to SF. Glenn was estremetly helpful and Otis added an exquisite private museum look with all his beautiful art work. The townhome have lots of natural light, is functional, elegant and full of small details. The lower level have a cozy bedroom (with a large window opening onto a garden) with a private bath and the corner office (with computer and printer) from here you reach the garage. The upper floor have the living and dining room, functional kitchen and a bathroom with another bedroom. The balcony is over looking a lovely garden and have a gas grill. What makes a great vacation? Awesome accomodations with a home feeling and that's exactly what we got!!!

Loved the place. Just as described in the earlier reviews. Amenities are fantastic including beautiful artwork by Otis. When my daughter was sick, Glenn made a recommendation for a doctor. Really nice. Fully stocked with nice towels, cookware, etc. Complex is wonderful. There is a fantastic market a few blocks away that has alot of great takeaway food. The only problem we had was the church-run drug rehab a few doors down. We were a little concerned about the visitors there in the evening and after dark. However, we did not have any major problems.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The townhouse was better than pictured. It was very quiet for being in such a busy area. The queen bed was very comfortable and the linens very soft. The owner was helpful and explained everything and was right there if we had any questions. The location was great, we could easily walk or take public transit all over the city, we never needed the car. Having the back patio and deck overlooking a garden area, and listening to the doves, was so relaxing after a busy day in the city. I will recommend this place to friends and definitly stay again.

We spent a wonderful time in the apartment. Well furnished, conveniently equipped, clean. Spacious, well-lit and very quiet; all ways to town are short and easy. Nice and helpful owner. Good food market just on the corner.

The house is a true delight. Glenn was able to give the "real architect of touch" as is. Otis got with his paintings, a unique and intriguing. Light, functional, elegant and full of small details. The photos do not make it giustizia.La house is on two levels. The lower houses the cozy bedroom (with a large window opening onto a garden full) with private bath and the corner office (with computer and printer). From here you reach the garage (very convenient and indispensable to SF). The upper floor houses a lounge dining room, functional kitchen and a bathroom with another bedroom. So is beautiful! The strategic location: 2 blocks from Market ST. and from them 15 minutes to walk to Bloomingdales. 2 minutes walk to a well-stocked gourmet supermarket, restaurants and shopping centers. So why choose anything else?
