A powder room is conveniently located off the family room. All the bedrooms have private baths and are beautifully decorated in a vibrant beachy theme. For your comfort and entertainment needs, ceiling fans, flat screen televisions, and DVD players are present in all the bedrooms. Movies, books and games are also available.
Designed to comfortably accommodate 10-13, there are two master suites each with a king bed. The main level master also contains a twin sleeper sofa. The third and fourth bedrooms each contain a queen bed. The fifth bedroom contains two sets of bunkbeds just perfect for children. This bedroom also contains a Sega Dreamcast system complete with games and a VCR/DVD player. There is a large laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, folding table, and utility sink.
Enjoy Hilton Head's beautiful weather, the pool, and the sights from either the upper or lower decks. The upper deck boasts beautiful views of a lagoon and fountain. Comfortable deck furniture awaits you in addition to outdoor speakers to enjoy your favorite tunes by the professionally landscaped pool. The pool level has an outside shower and a gas grill. Pool can be heated for an additional charge.* For your convenience there is also a full bath on this level.
Located between Palmetto Dunes Resort and Port Royal Plantation, this mid-island location places you close to all Hilton Head has to offer and is directly across the street from the new 70 acre Town Park featuring ball parks, walking trails, tennis courts, basketball courts, and even a beach-themed playground for the youngsters to enjoy. Short stroll to twelve miles of incredibly beautiful unspoiled beach (approximately 600 yards away). Beginning Memorial Day through Labor Day a complimentary shuttle service to the beach during the hours of 9 am to 5 pm (Sunday thru Friday) is available to you. Why the Owner Chose Singleton Beach
My husband and I built our dream vacation home in the Singleton by the Beach Community after falling in love with the area. We researched the entire island for several years, looking for the ideal setting to allow convenient access to all of the amenities and features of Hilton Head Island, while providing a quiet and serene home base. We feel that the Singleton By The Beach neighborhood, and our home in particular, perfectly fits this bill. The enthusiastic feedback we have received from numerous families who have shared our home over the last few years has resolutely confirmed our decision.
