This beautifully decorated Tuscan Villa is located in guard gated Lake Las Vegas high above Lake Las Vegas North shore. The unit is located on the lower level of the corner of the building offering excellent panoramic views and privacy. At night the lights come alive and during the day you have views of mountains, hillsides, golf course, lake and the Lake Las Vegas resorts.
The living room has a 42 inch flat screen television with DVD player, Stone fireplace, marble Travertine flooring and comfortable seating for six. The dining area seats four, plus two at the breakfast bar. The living room and dining area have incredible views of the lake, and mountains.
The master suite has a queen size bed, flat screen television, and a private patio with ceiling fan. The patio has a an incredible view of the lake and mountains. The master bedroom has double sinks, grotto shower and Jacuzzi bathtub.
Bedroom number two has a queen bed, a flat screen television. The bathroom for this room has a stall shower.
In the living room there is an elegant leather sofa that converts into an additional queen bed that can sleep two.
The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel built in appliances. The counter tops and large sized island have granite countertops.
There is a large, private, brick patio off the dining area, with an elegant patio set for enjoying eating a private meal outdoors. There are two benches seating three each. This patio has a view of the lake, mountains, and overlooks the golf course .
The laundry area is closed off with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
The one car garage is attached. There is additional parking in the community parking area.
The club house can be reserved for entertainment with advance reservations. V at Lake Las Vegas is the perfect, exclusive upscale location for your wedding, reception, honeymoon, or get away. There is a exercise room with all new and modern equipment, an entertaining hall with pool table, poker table, checker table.
