Guys, when Lynda gave us a X-mas present to Bisbee, having our stay at the Doubljack just made it that much more special. Your attention to detail is great. We enjoyed the privacy of morning coffee with the birds fighting for food -- to being able to come and go on our own time. Bisbee is a fun town with great beer. We really hope to return and have the hospitality of the Doublejack again.

One more day to Rapture v 2.0, and what a better place to be than Bisbee and the Doublejack Guesthouse! This is our 3rd occasional High Desert Road Tour (this time: Silver City, Bisbee and Joshua Tree) and Bisbee is, again, the standout -- a repository of all things beautiful, weird, eclectic, and stimulating. Discovering the Doublejack was a definite highlight -- the perfect place from which to observe all the goings-on.

From photos on the Internet to last-chance available weekend, up the stairway to heaven to the love shack! This was far beyond our expectations as expressed through your sharp and creative eye for detail, comfort and design. We never grew tired of watching the dance of the hummers, the view from the porch or that yummy loaf of bread! Your restaurant suggestions were perfect...every bite appreciated. This was the best vacation rental we've ever stayed at -- and we've stayed at many. You provided for our every need beyond anything we've ever experienced -- loved the breakfast fixin's that eased us into our first day! And the Doublejack was so clean! Loved the character you've maintained in the miner's house and the lovely updates and decor that did not detract from it, but only made it more special. Loved the provate deck and yard. Perfect!

What to love about the Doublejack.... A warm greeting and meeting Bob and Trixie. A comfortable, clean, nicely decorated, and very functional place to stay. A perfect couple's spot. The walk in shower (not shown in the pics) The coffee beans The deck and the hummingbirds Watching the B on the hillside light up at night Being in the community of Bisbee rather than down in town The Doublejack is a unique place to stay.... Far better than a hotel.... And you get so much more. There was plenty to do for a week stay and the house and deck was a great hang out for the days we wanted to do nothing. Don't let the stairs scare you. Once your bag is up the hill it is no big deal. Bisbee is like visiting a different world. Getting out to a totally different experience is what we like in a vacation. Good food - the breakfast club and Santiago's were standouts. The surrounding towns each have their own character. The drive out of Tucson through Sonoita is a very scenic route and a steak dinner at the Steakout and listening to the music makes for a great special meal. Bob was a great host and Trixie gave us our dog fix. The deck is an extra special private space. The Doublejack is the place to stay in Bisbee. We loved experiencing the most peaceful bottle of wine on your delightful upper patio area at sunset -- EVER! Your attention to classy, quirky detail was so fun!
