This is a fantastic property! Our family loved it the boat was fun, we caught lots of fish, enjoyed seeing the dolphins, the pool was heated and clean! Overall a great property if we come back to Cape Coral this will be where we stay could not say enough great things about it, owners are responsive and easy to work with, great property manager, clean, VERY well equiped for kids, beach toys, highchair, etc. Thank you!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this villa. Very comfortable and tastefully furnished. The property was very well maintained and the manager was available to answer questions. Kitchen was well equipped and made for an enjoyable vacation.

Dear Jeff! Your spacious villa was absolutely stunning. You certainly built a dream home "away from home" with lots of love and dedication. It shows. Well stocked and equipped right down to the kitchen amenities to the fishing rods available for guest usage. Immaculate and user-friendly. We couldn’t ask for anything more. The location was quiet and serene. Yet in close proximity to all the services you could possibly need. Of course the swimming pool and games room were a big hit for every member of our family. No red eyes thanks to your new purification system. That was very welcomed! Having your boat rental at our disposal certainly added a whole new dimension to our holiday pleasure. Discovering this area of Florida via water certainly was spectacular. Future clients who decide to take advantage of your boat rental offer have a number of options to explore which the whole family highly recommends: Boat to Cabbage Key Inn on Cabbage Key (We will forever dream of $1 bills) Dock at Picnick Island and enjoy mother nature in its purest form. Visit the Waterfront Restaurant on Pine Island. (Maximize your artistic ability) Explore Cape Coral canals and take in the beautiful views and waterfront real-estate! Stop by Miceli’s, Pine Island’s gem of a watering hole filled with true Floridian locals. We saw many a dolfin, pelikan and ausprey. Life on the water is good and it agrees with us.... Clients who primarily will get around by car will have endless of destinations to explore as well.By car we recommend the following: Drive to Sanibel early for an early morning explore and then breakfast @ the Island Cow. Eat at Mucky Ducks for dinner, you won't be disappointed. Their Sanibel sunset views are gorgeous! Shelling on Captiva and Sanibel Island is a must. You will take away many a treasure. Stop in the J.N. Ding Darling visitors center on Sanibel Island. Educational and interesting. Explore Pine Island from tip to toe. Discover how mangos “grow”. Discover Fort Myer’s beach. Certainly more touristic than all the other beach options. Experience Mel’s Diner and it will take you back to the days of “Happy Days” where juke boxes, Chevies and neon signs abound. Jeff, we thank you and your property and boating manager for making our 3 week summer vacation a very memorable one. We visited this property April 2011 for our spring break vacation. The villa was everything it was advertised and so much more! The accomodations were clean, family friendly, and very well maintained. The property manager was very nice and always available. The owners were very accessible and provided wonderful recommendations of things to do while staying in Cape Coral. The property was located in a quiet area yet close to nearby stores and restaurants. We would highly recommend this property!

The listing description is asccurate re: the location, layout, & facilities. The property was clean and very well maintained. The owner, Jeff, and the villa manager, Jay, provided wonderful customer service and yes we would stay here again. We highly recommend this property. We loved the location of the house - a very nice and quiet street . The house & property was beautifully furnished & maintained. I don't see my family as often as I would like since we live in Kentucky, so I love to cook for my parents and other family members who live in the area - the house was perfect for this. The kitchen had everthing I needed - very well equiped. Our son, his wife and their two children (age 4 & 18 months) stayed with my husband & I and the house is equipped for the young and older generation. It had everything we needed. Of course, the kids loved the swimming pool. We liked the water purfication system that the house has - The water tasted wonderful! My parents retired in Cape Coral about 26 years ago and we have been coming to the Cape ever since. I love Cape Coral and the surrounding area. There are so many outside activities.to do. My favorite thing to do is the beaches. Fort Myers Beach has the shops, restaurants, beach activities (like jet skies rentals, boat rentals, fishing, etc). My favorite beaches are Bowman & the Lighthouse Beach which has a couple of eagle nests. Bowman Beach is more secluded which is what I like about it. We try to get to the Ding Darling Nature Preserve on Sanibel Island every time we come down (unable to this time) and when we leave Cape Coral, we make a stop at the Shell Factory - the kids love it. This year there was a farmers market on the premises that I haven't noticed before. If we come down between June & August, we always stop off at the Mango farm on Pine Island. Love those mangos! My parents celebrated their 60th Wedding Anniversary and all nine of their children & their families were able to celebrate with them. It was a very memorable and exciting vacation for me. It was the first time in ten years that all nine of us kids were together. Having a place as nice as this one made our vacation "a home away from home" place.

We spent a truly magical week in this villa in early June 2010. The Villa is just fabulous and exceeded its listing description in every aspect. We were a party of 6 adults and this property offered us loads of space with every class of appliance imaginable. It is absolutely spotless and furnished to a very high standard. The pool area is beautiful and a gorgeous place to sit and watch the sun going down. We availed of the use of the boat which really made the week very special. We island hopped, found wonderful beaches inaccessible by car, got up close and personal with numerous dolphins, boated to restaurants for lunch and dinner - wow, it was just super! The owners, Jeff and Jackie simply could not have been more helpful and concerned that our time at their villa would be a memorable one, Jeff made the organising of this vacation so easy, and his attention to detail is amazing. The caretaker - Jay, and his lovely wife Terry were always on hand within minutes, and the boat Captains, Bob and John, were tremendous characters and very thorough in showing us the workings of the boat and maps - nothing was left to chance. Should you choose to spend time at this villa - you will NOT be disappointed and I envy you already.

Best ever rental home

We stayed several times in a holiday home in Florida, but none have been as good as this one. Starting already with a friendly welcome from the villa manager. Clean, comfortable, spacious and all kinds of extras to make the stay wonderful: Osmosis clean water throughout the house so no dragging with bottle water. Chlorine free pool, infant safety net available. Large and luxurious master bed- and bathroom. Almost brand new.

Our stay at this lovely home was the first week in March, 2009. The home was more than anyone could expect; more than fully equipped, spacious, extremely clean and close to local shoppng centers and beaches. The games and fishing pier were a huge success with our grandchildren and the sunsets were to die for. The children loved the pool and the entire pool area was not only beautiful but peaceful. The home was equipped just like you were home. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this beautiful home again in sunny Florida!

If you're planning on visiting Cape Coral, this is the Villa you need to rent. My wife and I, along with another couple, stayed here the first week in February 2009. We plan on staying here again next year. It's conveniently located to all kinds of adventure, entertainment, beaches, grocery stores, and restaurants. The owner and property manager provided first class service and made themselves available to answer any questions throughout our stay. They even had brochures for area attractions ready for us when we arrived. My wife and I celebrated our 11th wedding anniversary on this visit and the property manager went out of her way to help me get a dozen of roses and a spa gift card to the property before we arrived. That's what I call first class service. The property was spotless, well maintained, and the view and atmosphere was outstanding. We have already recommended this property to friends and family. They say a picture is worth a thousand words... seeing this property live... speechless. Thanks to Jeff, Jackie, Susan, and Pat we'll cherish our memories here forever. Scott

If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation and a beautiful place to stay then Jeff & Jackie’s villa in Cape Coral is the perfect getaway. We stayed at the villa in February 2009, and had an amazing time. The villa was just luxurious and very impressive!!! All of the accommodations that we could ever need or ask for even ones that we wouldn’t have thought of. They thought of every detail down to a welcome basket with a bottle of champagne. They made us feel right at home. Susan the villa manager was great and helped us with any questions that we had. We have a 16 month old son, and the house was perfect for a young family. Our son loved the toddler section of the pool so he could splash around. They even had toys for him to play with and a movie selection for him to watch. It was very kid friendly! We ate out several times and there were a lot of great restaurants within a short drive. The house was so great though, we almost never left. You didn’t really need to because it had everything that you needed. The weather was perfect, so we were in the pool every day. We had the best time, and we are already talking about when we can get back. We would highly recommend staying at this amazing villa!!!! Jeff & Carol

Lovely villa, quiet and peaceful, beautifully maintained with exceptional facilities. I particularly enjoyed dinner on the patio overlooking the tranquil canal whilst watching the fishermen landing their catch. Spectacular sunsets were a perfect end to the day. Lots of excellent restaurants in the area serving a wide range of dishes at very affordable prices. Marvellous shopping nearby and a gigantic market selling absolutely everything at unbelievable prices. I thoroughly recommend this villa for a holiday to remember. Paradise Found Roysee Devon. Date Submitted: September 23, 2008 Date of Stay: March 2008 Stayed at Jeff and Jackie's Villa for 2 weeks in March 2008. The Villa is a dream palace with every facility you could possibly want. Fantastic swimming pool and games room and the bedrooms are spectacular. Biggest TV I've ever seen. Fishing from the boat jetty was great fun and seriously big fish caught a short ride down the canal. Even got to see manatees and an alligator from the garden. The Villa's kitchen is first class but there are loads of excellent restaurants nearby. I particular recommend the Japanese one which serves great food cooked at your table by a very funny chef! Very good shopping nearby and the undercover market is enormous and sells everything cheaply.Sunsets over the Villa and canal were beautiful and the Florida weather was perfect. An ideal holiday retreat and yes, it is Paradise Found. We used Google to find a suitable place to stay in Cape Coral as we are very keen on angling and wanted to have a go at the Tarpon fishing. Found the villa on a website listing and looked really nice on the picture. There were lots more pictures on the site and all looked good so emailed the owners formore details.Jackie replied almost immediately with answers to my questions andconfirmed that our fortnight was available. Sorted out the flights and paid $500 using my credit card.We flew to Orlando and stayed at the Best Western hotel that night (theyhave a free shuttle bus to and from the airport) and picked up the car nextmorning at the airport.They gave us directions which were spot on and we found the villa reallyeasily. (We normally get lost!) It took us about 3 hours drive on theInterstate. We called at the house closeby to meet Susan the villa managerwho checked us in. Lovely lady that really made us welcome. Gave us a nicewelcome pack too and there was even a bottle of bubbly in the fridge.The villa is absolutely superb especially the master suite. There was only 3 of us so Adam had a choice of 3 bedrooms. He spent most of his time in the swimming pool or fishing from the back yard dock.Had a couple of barbeques in the evening as the sun went down – Magic. Ateout quite a lot – fantastic choice of restaurants (see Susan for tips – lotsof places 2 for1)Jeff booked us up with a local guide for tarpon fishing but it was toowindy so we fished in the Pass and had an amazing day with Reds and trouts.Will definitely try to come again next year 100% recommended. My wife and I wanted to spend a week in Orlando and a week somewhere quiet but with things to do nearby. We had not heard of Cape Coral but it is the place to go; we had a fantastic time. We had several questions for starters and Jeff and Jackie answered them all knowledgably and promptly. The booking was hassle free (used PayPal) and our security deposit was even refunded the day we checked out. A couple of really nice touches are the welcome pack that included an ice cold bottle of champagne and Susan who is Jeff and Jackie's villa manager/hostess for your stay. Susan checked us in and really made us feel at home - she knows all the best restaurants and places to go. The villa itself is beautiful and the master suite fantastic - Wife and I really enjoyed it!!! Everything you need for a top class holiday is there - big Plasma TV with cinema surround, DVDs, games room, internet and the lovely swimming pool ( No nasty chlorine to sting the eyes in this Hitec pool). Fishing from the back yard dock was fun - there are rods to borrow. The location is in a really quiet area but there are lots of super and inexpensive restaurants a couple of miles drive and endless shops a few miles away. Great selection of lovely sandy beaches nearby for bathing and sun worshipping and good fishing there too. I love golf and there is a beautiful golfcourse just 5 mins away and cheap too ($15) Highly recommended for all ages but we needed at least 2 weeks. Rob and Kim Sydney

Stayed at Jeff and Jackie's Villa for 2 weeks in March 2008. The Villa is a dream palace with every facility you could possibly want. Fantastic swimming pool and games room and the bedrooms are spectacular. Biggest TV I've ever seen. Fishing from the boat jetty was great fun and seriously big fish caught a short ride down the canal. Even got to see manatees and an alligator from the garden. The Villa's kitchen is first class but there are loads of excellent restaurants nearby. I particular recommend the Japanese one which serves great food cooked at your table by a very funny chef! Very good shopping nearby and the undercover market is enormous and sells everything cheaply.Sunsets over the Villa and canal were beautiful and the Florida weather was perfect. An ideal holiday retreat and yes, it is Paradise Found. Roysee

Stayed at Jeff and Jackie's Villa for 2 weeks in February 2008. Lovely villa, quiet and peaceful, beautifully maintained with exceptional facilities. I particularly enjoyed dinner on the patio overlooking the tranquil canal whilst watching the fishermen landing their catch. Spectacular sunsets were a perfect end to the day. Lots of excellent restaurants in the area serving a wide range of dishes at very affordable prices. Marvellous shopping nearby and a gigantic market selling absolutely everything at unbelievable prices. I thoroughly recommend this villa for a holiday to remember. Joyce

Tamara villa in Cape Coral

Wow what a fabulous villa - we had the most relaxing and romantic holiday ever - never did any cooking - the top class restaurants are so cheap. We loved the swimming pool - the shallow splash bit perfect for Harry. Master suite with 4-poster bed -wow! Games room, huge TV and DVDs, books, fishing in the back yard - so much to do needed more than 2 weeks. Oh and the shops- designer stuff so cheap!
