Pamper yourself in a brand new (2006) luxury condo on what is always rated as one of the best beaches in the world: Siesta Key (Sarasota), Florida. It was named the #1 beach in America this year. The condo building is right on the beach and this unit has a Gulf view from the expansive balcony. The condo building has only 26 units and only half of the units are rented by owners. The unit has two bedrooms and 2.5 baths and sleeps 6.
All furnishings are new and luxurious. Master suite includes luxurious king bed, large bathroom with marble counter tops, soaking tub and separate shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed with its own full bathroom. A half bath is also included in the main living area for guests. Unit has a full laundry room with washer and dryer.
Kitchen is state of the art with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Floor plan is very open for easy entertaining. Living room has a 50 inch Samsung flat screen TV with free Netflix streaming and a universal remote. Both bedrooms have TV's with built in DVD players. Wireless internet included along with free phone with unlimited long distance.
Balcony is 23 x 10 with table and 4 chairs and chaise. On-site building manager is available 7 days a week. The beach is unlike any other Florida beach. It is one of only a few quartz beaches in the world. A quartz beach is the color and texture of flour. This is a truly amazing location and condo building.If you are only looking for a bargain condo, this is not for you. It is priced the same or just slightly higher than other smaller and much older condos. If you have been to Siesta Key before, you will not believe this unit. It will spoil you forever.
