This ground-floor, six year old, gated condominium with a garage is located in North Naples-Bonita Springs approximately three miles from Vanderbilt and Barefoot Beaches as well as 30 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport located near Fort Myers.
There are two bedrooms; one with twin beds and one with a king-size bed. The living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen, with a bar, overlook the large lanai which is adjacent to the swimming pool and hot tub. The condo is tastefully and modestly decorated in a Florida motif which lends itself to a bright, airy, open, clean, Florida atmosphere. Sorry but No Smoking and No Pets are allowed and a minimal one-month rental is requested.
Everything one needs for a month away from home including beach chairs. One only need bring a swimsuit, sandals, a favorite book or two, and of course a toothbrush!!
