Come visit the beautiful Panama City Beach area and enjoy a stay at our condo at the Summit. If you have never visited the area, and you want to enjoy a beautiful white sandy beach and wonderful ocean/beach views from your balcony... with the convenience of restaurants, clubs, and tons of activity.... here's your place!
We like to call our one bedroom unit more like a "one and a half" bedroom condo. There is room for six people to comfortably enjoy a week at the beach! Of course, there is the private master bedroom, NEWLY CARPETED, with a king size bed and TV unit.
There is a great nook bunk bed area in the hallway. This is a great place for kids to retreat for some down time, with their own storage area to keep those special items.
The living room area (FRESHLY PAINTED) has brand NEW UPHOLSTERY to enjoy and put your feet up after a long day on the sand! The sleeper offers a convertible queen size bed option.
A large screen TV and DVD are provided. The glass top kitchen table seats four, but the Sofa and Loveseat are right there!
The kitchen area has been completely renovated and has a built-in washer and dryer for your convenience.
Everything is available for you to whip up a meal if you want to...but you have the option of many restaurants within walking distance such as, Spinnakers, The Mellow Mushroom, Wendy's, and many more. Of course, there's always delivery, too!
During the season, Bikini Bobs is right on the grounds for your convenience.... the hot dogs, burgers, and chicken fingers are famous! The Tiki Hut also opens up for the season and it's famous for things of another nature!
The balcony has new patio furniture to enjoy, including a lounge chair to relax on. As we're on the 12th floor, it's a great view! If you would rather go down to one of the two pool areas, you can grab a lounge chair there, too.
Or go all the way to the beach and rent the chairs and umbrellas next to the water! You can also join in and take a banana boat or jet ski ride, or take to the air with the parasailing! Everything is right at your door at the Summit!
The nightlife is also available if you choose to enjoy it. Club LeVela is a quick walk past Spinnakers. Don't worry about any noisy music keeping you awake. We are not bothered by it up on the 12th floor! Thank goodness! You can also walk to go cart rides and carnival rides for the kids, or rent bikes or scooters right outside the condo area.
The Summit truly is a remarkable, one-of-a-kind condominium complex. The management staff and 24 hour security go to the extreme to provide each resident with a happy and safe stay.
Though we are out-of-state owners, we use the on-site management company at the Summit for our condo. Therefore, you have someone available to you for any unforeseen problem or need. Your vacation time is too precious to chance not having a totally enjoyable and memorable holiday!
