The main floor is 1825 sq ft and features a private deck, massive family room, full kitchen, laundry room, huge master bedroom, 1 1/2 baths and sleeping accommodations for 4. The lower level is also 1825 sq ft, sleeps 9 and also features a family room, another full kitchen, private deck, and full bath. This level has 3 bedrooms and a laundry room.
No other vacation home offers this 5 star quality with wall to wall viewing windows and custom features throughout. With solid granite counter tops, big screen HD satellite television, travertine floors, state of the art stainless appliances and your own private dock, your vacation experience will be exceptional. For those that like to BBQ, a full size propane gas grill is available on the deck as well as a deck table and 6 chairs. The dining table seats 6 with room for 4 more at bistro style bar. In addition there is plenty of parking for your boat, watercraft or ATVs. RV Parking is available, as well as parking for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. (Garage is not available!) No vacation home is complete without canoes and kayaks!!! There are 2 kayaks and 1 canoe that the Vista Point Vacation Home provides for your enjoyment.(The kayaks and canoes are not available for use during the off season, sorry! Nov-May)

The Vista Point Lakehouse is located 5 minutes south of Florence on the quiet western shores of the Siltcoos Lake. Siltcoos Lake is one of over 27 lakes in the Florence area known for trophy fish. Bring your quads and sand toys and have a fantastic time at the sand dunes just a minutes’ drive from the Vista Point. Visit Old Town Florence and explore the wonderful bistros, restaurants, galleries, and shops along Bay Street. Just a few minutes north along the coast and you’ll find fun in the sun and surf at the fabulous Heceta Beach and of course don’t forget to visit the world famous and most photographed Heceta Head Lighthouse as well as the Sea Lion Caves!
