This is a stunning 2-story mountain house, fully equipped with everything you'll need for a mountain getaway with your family and loved ones. Our mountain house is located on the hills overlooking the town of Silverthorne and Gore Range (1172 Palmers Drive).

AMAZING views from many of the bedrooms, family room, dining room! It's located on an acre of lush Colorado National Forest, with no noise from I-70, very isolated feel. Perfect retreat after a day of skiing!

It is 3681 sq. feet with a very functional, open floor plan. Our house has a 2-car heated garage with additional driveway parking (could fit a boat, RV, additional cars) and has 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and a kids' area, second kitchen. It has two separate family rooms (one with lots of seating, a flat-screen HD TV with DirecTV/satellite) and one with it's own dinette (fridge, sink, microwave) and TV.

Tons of seating space in both, huge couches to accommodate everyone in your party! It has a newly designed gas fireplace in the main family room, large vaulted ceilings with wood beams(master bedroom, family room), a jetted tub in the master bathroom, a gas bbq pit (outside-with additional seating), and radiant heated floors (very nice on cold nights).

Enjoy a stunning HD TV, a great stereo system, and private wireless internet. The window design captures the spectacular mountain views and the solar exposure keeps the house warm on those chilly, snow-filled days. The windows allow for a lot of natural light to come in, feels like you're on top of the world (looking down into town/the mountains)! Spacious kitchen design, custom backsplash and granite counter tops (opens to the large, main family room).

Fully stocked kitchen, comes with everything you'll need, located next to family room, dine with stunning views of the Gore and 10-mile range! Easy access to back porch, grill, outdoor patio, and bbq pit. Everything is provided for you and your family to have an amazing mountain stay/adventure!

2nd floor - Master Bedroom-1 queen, 2 Guest Bedrooms-each with double beds
3rd floor bedroom/loft - 4 total twin beds - 2 twin beds and a trundle bed (twin with pull-out twin)

Lots of room to sleep, very comfortable! Plus 2 huge couches!

MUST be over 21 to rent.
