From your "Island Paradise Beach House", you are just a few steps down a charming path to the private beach of Jupiter Inlet Colony. This exclusive location is bordered on three sides by the beautiful tropical waters of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Jupiter Inlet and the Atlantic Ocean. Jupiter Inlet Colony is very secure and has it's own dedicated private police force. This home has over 3000 square feet of air-conditioned living space.
The whole family will enjoy this home with it's fabulous resort-style heated pool with a "swim-up" bar and large hot tub. The pool is an amazing 17x80 feet! In the sunken bar area or "pit" you are equipped with an outdoor kitchen featuring a stainless steel gas grill so you can easily serve up food and drinks to the guests seated at the "swim-up" bar.
Turn on the "Jimmy Buffet" music, fire up the grill and the blender, relax and feel the balmy breezes of the Atlantic Ocean or just enjoy the privacy and tropical surroundings while listening to the ocean surf....it's paradise!
The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, double oven and stainless steel appliances. The pub-style dining room has seating for eight overlooking the pool table and family room. There is also a full cabana bath for access from the patio and pool.
The master bedroom has a king bed, and TV with sliding doors to the "gazebo" patio next to the pool. Off the master bedroom is a large office/den and private bath. Bedroom 2 is decorated with a surfer theme and has a built in desk, lots of closet space, flat-screen TV and private bath with shower.
Bedroom 3 is decorated in an island theme and has a full size bed, TV and bathroom with tub & shower. Bedroom 4 is furnished with a daybed with trundle featuring tropical decor.
This beautiful island home has a circle driveway and 2-car garage. There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer and an extra refrigerator. For an additional fee, there is dock space available at the on-site JIB Marina for up to a 65 foot boat. By boat, you are less than 5 minutes to the Jupiter Inlet and direct access to the Atlantic Ocean.
