Located in beautiful Manistee Michigan, this new home is 85 paces from the Lake Michigan sugar sand beach at 5th Avenue. There are no cliffs to climb, its right there with a complete view of the lake and the north pier lighthouse. This is Cottage B of 2 unattached cottages on one lot. Cottage A is the owners cottage.
The air conditioned home features three bedrooms, a bunk room with bathrooms on every floor. The floor plan offers each couple complete privacy and it sleeps at least 11 people in comfort. The main floor has a huge great room with granite kitchen and island. Also on the first floor is a 1/2 bath and laundry with a small private deck. The upper floor is a huge master suite with its own bath and entry way to a private 25' x 25' upper deck for sunbathing or sipping morning coffee. The lower level features two more bedrooms with a full bath and bunkroom.
The amenities in this home include ceramic tile and carpet throughout, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, bed and bath linens cable TV, wireless internet (most places), well stocked kitchen, outdoor Weber gas start Charcoal grill, picnic tables, upper deck seating area over looking Lake Michigan, fire pit area. The street in front of the house is a short "dead end" area and a great place for kids to skate and bike. The sidewalk around the Harbor Village boat and docking channel is twenty feet away.
Remember this place is clean and unworn. Sorry no smoking in the house or pets allowed on the property. Manistee is a beautiful small town on Lake Michigan about 120 miles north of Grand Rapids. In addition to the wonders of Lake Michigan, there are many activities to enjoy in this location, such as boating,swimming,and walking on the beaches, there are numerous golf courses including Arcadia Bluffs, canoe and kayaking rental sites on several nearby rivers. For Skiers it is very close to Caberfae and Crystal Mountain

This cottage was a great rental it had everything that we could want there close to the beach and playground. Had wonderful views. The house itself is bright, welcoming and open. Owners had the home stocked very well and very clean. We would recommend this to everyone.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children.
