This water front home lies near the north end of the San Francisco Bay at the gateway to the wine country, where the Napa River flows into the Carquinez Staights.
The home is reached via a boardwalk along the water's edge which meanders through a tiny community called "Sandy Beach".
The house has an open floor plan with incredible light. You can hear the sound of the water splashing under the house and sea birds singing in the distance. You are surrounded on three sides by sweeping views of the bay, Mount Tamalpais in Marin County, Mare Island, and the Carquinez Bridge. The Ferry to San Francisco passes by every 45 minutes.
The property features a large front yard with lawn, rose garden, and deck. There is also a hot tub to relax at the end of the day.
There is a waterside deck with BBQ and comfy furniture to relax and take in the beautiful views. Also a 30 x 60 foot boat dock to fish and lounge in the sun.
